"Ordered chairs from their website only to be given a delayed notice of shipping charges by email. The chairs were not the same as listed, but when we went to return them, we then found out they were a special order (not told this during ordering nor was it listed on their website). They said they would not refund shipping, they would charge us a 35% restocking fee, and we had to pay return shipping. Very disappointed in customer service and in their misleading website policies. Will not shop there again."
