I found it was too heavy for our use (there was no info of weight in website), thus I decided to return. It took another 3 days to get a reply which said "it is custom made and cannot be returned". What?! They say 60 day return policy. There is no note or description in website indicating the item is custom made and unreturnable. If so, it should have been clearly stated as such so that a customer can be more vigilant before making a decision. I felt like being a victim of a scam. simply no respect to a customer. I would never recommend this site to shop. too risky for online shopping."
