"Blizchair claims to have a return policy but the chair has to be in all its orginal packing and box, they will charge you a 35% restocking fee and NOT pay for return shipping. I bought a $100 Executive chair that did not suit the needs of a handicapped individual. To return this chair would cost as much as the chair did when purchased. This is no return policy. It either forces you to keep the chair or pay for it all over again to return it.
