"I received a confirmation that my order was shipped , but the tracking number never made it online to actually track, .. and when I called they could not tell me what carrier *would* be bringing it.. ( fedex?,UPS? or local carrier....)so I had no idea what to expect. But it did come and intact. "

"Beware. I received the worst customer service ever from BizChairs rude unprofessional staff. They treated me with an attitude when their shipper lost my order which I placed on 04/05/12.
I placed my order on 04/05/12 and received tracking for this order on 04/09/12. The tracking information showed delivery excepted for 04/13/12. On 04/16/12 when I still did not receive my order I called the trucking company Road Runner which BizChair uses. Road Runner told me my order was lost. I asked if they would have more info for me tomorrow and that is when Road Runner customer service told me to contact BizChair and have them reship my order. I was supervised they would tell me this.
I then called BizChairs customer service and told them that Road Runner just told me to call you and tell you that I would need my order reshipped. BizChairs customer service called Road Runner to confirm that in fact my order was lost. I then asked BizChairs customer service if they would reship my lost order. I was told at this point if they do decide to reship my order and I decide to return the order for any reason BizChair would charge me shipping both ways and a restocking fee. I asked why since their shipping company lost my order. BizChairs customer service person tried to down play what she just told me and informed me she would make sure they reship my order. On 04/17/12 BizChairs CSR Damages emailed me and asked if I still wanted to receive my order they would reship my order on 04/18/12. I emailed BizChairs CSR Damages back less than 2 hours after I received their email letting them know Yes, please reship my order. I did not receive a response back until today 04/19/12 late in the afternoon now telling me that they could not reship my order until 04/23/12 which would now make my new delivery date 04/27/12. I cancelled my order today 04/19/12 and will never use or recommend them ever. BizChair aka belnickinc.com

"I ordered a chair for my husband's birthday. He opened it this evening and not only is it clearly a repackaged chair that was returned previously by another customer, it is also it is banged up and clearly was used before it was returned. This is a $400.00 purchase - I am VERY disappointed. Instead of getting my husband a nice gift, I got an obviously used chair that I now have to repack and return "

"We ordered 2 Chairs on 3/31/12 and They were supposed to be delivered by 4/4/12. When we looked up the tracking number it was somehow delivered somewhere in PA, we are in FL! Then it was supposed to be corrected and reshipped to our home, and we still dont know where our chairs are as of today 4/9/12. When we call we keep getting the run around saying that they will call us back and we never hear from them. We are very dissatisfied!!"

"A plastic sleeve in the base of my otherwise all steel built computer chair wore out around 2 months after the 2 year warranty expired. The chair was very wobbly. I contacted customer service on a Saturday about getting the part replaced. The representative said she would get back to me Monday regarding weather they could replace the part under warranty. Two weeks later i received a call from the same representative who said it could not be replaced under warranty and that a new base would have to be ordered at a cost of $30. I told her that i didn't feel like spending $30 on a part that would only last 2 years.

A weeks goes by and the metal on the base breaks so i reconsider spending $30 to get the part. After getting disconnected twice after i called them back, a person tells me this.

We do not sell chair parts, only warrantied chair parts.

Does this mean they only sell parts for warrantied chairs. Now we can clutter the environment with chairs that cannot be repaired because a supplier won't sell parts? That is not right. It also sounds like they are trying to charge for parts for warrantied chairs.

After getting through to a representative on the third try, i get disconnected after giving her my information. I call a 4th time and i am told the person handling my order will get back to me. Shortly after that i get a message that the part is now $40.

It took another call to talk to the person who quoted me $30 and she was able to take care of the problem.

"Overall a very good experience. Lots of choices. Did not arrive on time, but not too late. Quality is very nice, and picture directions weren't as hard as I'd expected from the reviews. Going slowly it took about 1 and 1/2 hours to put together. Stabilizer X-bars are essential for stability.

A nice modern look, and easy to keep clean. The blue tint glass is a nice touch.
