"call customer services multiple times, have yet to have my call return after purchasing 104 tv mounts. items was purchased Nov 21, and item status was shipped on 25th. Nov 28 items show fully shipped, however after calling C.S. back, I was promised another return call. items not received as of yet."

"Ordered these for our new kitchen table. Worked perfect. Not a dining room chair. Needed them for thanksgiving and they arrived in time. They are exactly what I expected. Strong, sturdy restaurant chairs. These should last a very long time. 1 chair out of the 8 I ordered has some minor damage. I'll contact customer service about that. Can't beat this chair for the price and they go great with the new table."

"I ordered 3 chairs. BizChair got them to FedEx within two days. Then Fed Ex did their typical Cracker Jack job. One arrived on Tuesday, next one arrived on Wednesday. Third one is supposed to arrive tomorrow, fingers crossed. At least so far I’ve had no damage. The chairs themselves are great. They seem very solid, heavy, and sturdy. And the price was great. So I am happy with BizChair. I just dislike FedEx!"
