"My Illusion 2 rack arrived today. I am not happy!! The rack is ok but the carrying box is not what I was told it was going to be. I sent e-mails asking if it was a hard or soft storage container. I was told it was hard and made out of metal. It is neither. The bag is soft. It is not metal, not on wheels, and doesn't seal completely to protect material inside. I'll figure that part out. The shipping box came damaged. So far I don't see any damage to the stand. Other than that the experience was good and I would look forward to more business in the future. When I last spoke to BizChair on the phone none of this was offered to me at that time. I would like for them to help me secure the type case that was requested in the first place. Then I would be more than happy to rewrite my review.

"The delivery was fine. Unfortunately, upon opening the box and getting ready to put my new computer chair together..I found the screws and washers were missing. I have requested replacement but because customer service is not open on weekends..it will be Monday before the request is even handled. :(

The hardware is attached as the company stated. Guess I'll know to check further next time.

"I purchased 2 chairs and a TV stand. All of the items were shipped promptly and arrived on time. The site was easy to use. Bizchair provided instant invoices and excellent follow-up communications.

The chairs were very well made, yet very inexpensive. I assembled the parts quickly with no need for tools. The chairs are very comfortable (mesh back, adj. arms, seat ht and tilt.)

The TV table was not great, but for only $39, still a good value. However, it did not assemble easily - one of the screw assemblies did not fit at all, and the finish was scratched on one piece. Assembling the wheels required an electric drill.

Overall, Bizchair is a great resource for a wealth of quality business furniture at very low prices.

"BizChair had the best price I could find on a nice executive chair for my wife's home office.

Ordering was easy, processing and shipment took less than 48 hours and the chair arrived in about two business days in fine condition.

"I was alerted to the sale on office chairs via e-mail. I was shopping for my husband's birthday and electronics is usually on the wish list, but his wishes have far surpassed my ability to choose correctly in that area. A comfortable chair for his desk was something I had not thought of. The sale price on this chair was incredible! I had no idea good office furniture cold cost so much, but the price I received that day was great. I saw an almost identical chair at Walmart, or so it seemed. I am sure it was the same manufacturer. It was selling for $149 on sale; however, it was vinyl. The chair I purchased was a thick, durable, well-stitched leather. It arrived quickly, undamaged, and the assembly was easy. All we have to do now is spend 15-18k to finish my husband's 'man-room' over the garage to go with the chair!"

"Wow, I was impressed. The chair was here one week after I placed the order. I was worried when I found out the it would arrive by tractor trailer because I have had problems in the past with drivers that would not unload my order. This driver was great and moved it with a hand truck without question. I am taking the chair to another location so I will not unpack it until next week. I will feed back on comfort next week. "
