"My order was processed and was received in a very timely manner. The only problem is that the product received was not what I ordered.

I ordered LCS-100-FS-100, A laptop stand with silver framing and received a laptop stand with black framing [LCS-100-A45B] that was intended for Sandra Fuentes of Bronx, NY per the enclosed packing list.OFM SO-204697

This is why I rarely order from new vendors online, because it is too hard to correct their issue. It always ends up costing the customer time and money. Ever go through the drive thru and have your order wrong or incomplete? Who compensates the time and effort to return and get the right order? They can keep the fries I just won't try them anymore.

"We ordered our LORELL Microwave Cart Mod:#LLR44139 on 11/23 and received it 12/1. Once assembled the cart is quite strong and well made. Assembly took over and hour and the instructions could have been a little better (diagram wise). Assembly was fairly smooth but two (2) of the Casters that the cart moves on, were damaged. The Casters were also hard to install. One call to Biz-Chair and the new Casters are on their way. The single drawer is quite spacious and the storage area below is very large. The only thing I would change is that the storage area come with a shelf. Other then that we have no problems with this cart and are very happy with it. We use it for our Microwave plus our Counter Top Toaster Oven."

"I purchased 100 stack chairs from BizChair.com about 3 weeks ago. They arrived within 4 days and all came in great shape. The chairs were a great value and are perfect for our church. They really make the sanctuary more beautiful and the congregants love them. I would not hesitate to purchase from Bizchairs in the future. "

"I purchased a buffer table from Bizchair, which I had the inconcenience to wait for 3 weeks and then the item was damaged. They charged my credit card at the time that I placed the order when they knew that the item was not available. I contacted customer service and they were not clear about the matter. They were unable to explain the charge.

When I called to let them know that the item was damage they said that within 48 - 72 hours they will contact me. I just received an email informing that I have to deal with the trucking company and the manufacturer. They cleaned themselves and never responded to my emails or complains. I called and let several messages and nobody called ne back. Bandy McCurry stinks as a customer service representative and Tomika King didn't have the curtesy to respond to any of my calls.

I told them that I was going to inform other people about the deceiving business that BizChair is conducting and they didn't show any sign that they care. BizChair is the perfect example of ‘If sounds to good to be true it probably is.’ They are dirty People.

“We strive to provide the best possible customer service and prices to our customer. In the rare event of damage, we try our best to mitigate the experience for our customers and provide a timely resolution. Freight damage, although rare, is an unfortunate experience when buying furniture from any reseller.

Regarding your damage, this is not our standard policy. We advise customers to inspect merchandise at the time of delivery and notate any damage. If the customer fails to inspect the merchandise and signs the freight bill as "received in good condition", we will assist the customer in filling a freight claim directly with the freight company. All other freight claims are handle by BizChair directly and do not involve the customer.

While this situation is unique, I can assure you that we only charge credit cards when merchandise is ready to ship or if the merchandise is custom ordered and manufactured. ”

"Wish I would have checked reviews of this merchant before ordering from them. I placed my order for a computer desk on 4/24/09. I started calling around 5/1 to inquire about shipping status. I was told it would 'ship at the end of the week'. By 5/15/09 I had not received anything and again called. At that time I was asked to authorize an additional $40 charge for the desk (they had already charged my card 4/24/09 for the original $179.99) I asked to speak to a supervisor and when she called a few hours later said the same, pay more or cancel the order. I cancelled, we will see if they credit my card. If you do not want to waste your time with a Bait and Switch merchant, stay away from this company. "

“This experience is uncharacteristic of BizChair.com. On certain items, there may be additional shipping charges--but it is stated on the item page and in the shopping cart. We will not hold an order or customer's funds if there are additional shipping charges pending. There seems to have been a miscommunication with this order as we would never process a "bait and switch" with our customers and strive to be as honest as possible when displaying our products online. ”

"Do NOT buy from BizChair.com!! This company does not stand by its purchase agreements! I ordered furniture from this site, paid for it, got an email confirmation, and then never heard anything from them.

I called them two weeks later, and they told me the the furniture was not on its way because "there was a misprint" on their site and that they would no longer honor our purchase agreement.

They wanted 20% more in order to "continue the transaction." Never mind that they never called or emailed any of this information, and that they gladly accepted my money and held on to it for weeks without as much as a peep. I had to contact THEM to hear anything about this!

These guys are Shakedown Artists. Go elsewhere.

"I ordered a conference table from bizchair because their selection was great and the pricing fantastic. When placing the order, the Customer Service Rep warned me to inspect the table carefully on delivery and to refuse it if there was the slightest evidence of damage because returning the table after accepting delivery would be very difficult and frustrating. Was she ever right! When it arrived, it was damaged and I refused delivery as advised. Since that day, I have tried for three months to obtain a refund, to no avail. I have called repeatedly (their customer service hold time is horrendous), left messages for supervisors, e-mailed their damages department. I am most upset with the fact that I'm not attempting to get a refund because I'm not satisfied with the product. I never accepted delivery because it was damaged! I will never use this supplier again, and would not recommend them to anyone."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE.

I called to check on my order status and they told me the order will be shipped in 2-4 weeks.
It takes to long so I canncelled my order. I verify before I hang up the phone and the same Representative calls me again a few minute later and she told me the item was shipped. She also put me onhold for at least 5 minutes before I hangup the phone.
I call the company back but only transfer my calls or voice mail. I called this company back at least 5 times. The Customer Service really usesless and unfriendly.
Do not place any order with this company they will not return your money. It does not matter your told them.

My big mistake was to place an order with this company. This company also have 45% restocking fee.
