"Horrible experience! Was told that I would have all my items on a certain date I’m five days past it. I have having to close my restaurant to move all the furniture in and out and restructure my closure. Every time I call customer service says they have no power to do anything nobody to contact and have no control then waiting for three days for a resolution department to contact me. Haven’t heard a word very bad business practice. Do not care about the customer do not care about the business. They should not call themselves biz chair, because they do not accommodate businesses whatsoever. Will never use this company again. "

"These chairs have plastic seating and metal frames. They are perfect. That being said , one chair was missing 2 of the feet. Hopefully they will send replacement parts soon."
