"It was easy to navigate the BizChair website and place an order for a single chair so that we could evaluate it and determine if we wanted to use that model for all seating in our auditorium. The chair arrived in about 2 days since they had a warehouse close to our city. Shipment was fast, but none of the screws needed to assemble the chair back on the frame was included - a small oversight. The local hardware store had the screws we needed for under $1, so it was easier to get a package of screws locally in a few minutes versus contact customer service the next day. Overall, not a bad experience. We definitely will keep BizChairs on our short list of suppliers for seating!"

"The product was fine but the process included insomnia and stress. I was first told the products would be delivered into my office, only to find out they’d be left at the sidewalk. Very stressful to find this out last minute and then try to find help—I was not helped by the company when I called in advance of the order and then the delivery. I hope they will use my issue to help others have a less stressful experience. "
