The only place you should go for knives

"Had a great experience with BladeHQ. Had purchased a knife from them and was waiting for the delivery. Unfortunately the shipping company delivered my package to a house a mile from mine. Ultimately tracked it down but to my luck the box had been opened and the knife was stolen. I contacted BladeHQ and Sharon responded quickly (even on the weekend) and issued a refund for me. This tells me that they care about their customers. I immediately re-ordered that knife again because I want to continue doing business with them. Great place and great service from Sharon."

"I (Lionel Ducote) was looking through the selections that Blade HQ had for sale in an email advertisement today and ran across a knife I had purchased in the recent past which rusted and I Responded as it was an email advertisement.  I told them that that particular knife they still had for sale had rusted and I had thrown it away, I was immediately refunded the purchase price and shipping?  Unheard of and "Kim" was the Company's Deputy who did that for me without asking.  ***** Rating from myself.  Thank You Kim and Blade HQ for such wonderful service and products as I have purchased many knives from them. "

"About a month ago, I ordered a Cold Steel Magnum Kukri Machete to do yard work since where I live, it had rained hard. The shrubbery grew thick. Almost 2 weeks had passed until I contacted Ms. Kim F. in Blade HQ Customer Service Department. She helped me track down my package only to find out it had gotten lost in transit to Hawaii, where I live. She waived the shipping cost and re-sent another one of which I did receive it just yesterday (05/01/2024).
