"Bought a Benchmade knife and didn’t receive the free torx tool kit BHQ was offering with Benchmade purchases at the time. I emailed BHQ inquiring about it and Branson with customer service responded back almost immediately (I was shocked it was so quick). He stated that it was simply an oversight and that he’d see to it the shippers would get the kit sent to me. That was on a Friday, and Monday the kit arrived from across the country, wow!
