"AN ABSOLUTE LIE. Blair says order delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to the company moving their warehouse. OKAY, I could live with that. NOW FIVE WEEKS. STILL have ONLY shipped part of an order. I SENT THEM emails THREE times to cancel. Every one was ignored until I contacted them through Paypal at the "back office" at Blustem. STILL could NOT tell me when the remainder of order was to ship- this is for items supposedly in stock. SO, AT LEAST 5 weeks!"
"Blair took advantage of my mother who suffers from dementia by giving her some sort of discount by opening a credit card in her name. She did not realize this was done and 6 months went by without her paying a "Blair" bill. Almost $150 in late fees alone that they refuse to waive. This borders on IDENTITY THEFT. Run away from this company. They are frauds and cheats.

"Blair had the light jacket I had been looking for. I ordered a medium size, when I received it , felt a little tight. It was an error on my part. As it turned out I need to have ordered a large size. I sent it back for an exchange for a larger size . The turnaround time was very prompt and their customer service was excellent. I will purchase the same jacket again soon . A different color and correct size. Again ! I am very very pleased with my purchase . "
"I ordered pants and received them quickly. The pants are wrinkle free and look freshly pressed. They always look that way. However, the legs are incredibly fat. And I was hoping for a more slim and modern look and style. But in actuality, the look and style of these pants are for old men. "

I’ve called 6 times to cancel and and spent 4 hours on calls with them in numerous departments. The bills still come adding $15 monthly plus late fees. These guys are CROOKS! "Today I called to place an order for $39.96, called because I couldn't get it placed online at the advertised price. After five minutes or so on the phone I FINALLY got the rep to update our zip code which has changed and get my name right, which I spelled out three times, first name four letters, not that difficult. Then got down to sizes; long story short after several more minutes; got it thru his head to be told "we don't have that size". I told him to delete all of my information that was verified after he got the correct zip from the old one and my name spelled right. I will NEVER try this again, I have not ordered from them for a long time and now I remember why. I wish you good luck if you decide to give them a try. "Blair is a moderately priced merchandiser that offers Big and Tall sizes. It is understandable that the cost is increased because you use more fabric to make the garment, 5-7% is realistic. The fixes costs do not change (rent, insurance, heat, air condition, labor and marketing costs). Blair increases the cost an extra 33% for that service which is gauging the customer and taking advantage of Big andTall people. Many manufactures do not surcharge but average out cost, as in shoes, shirts, hats. Some recoup extra cost with a modest surcharge of 5-7% but 33% is outrageous and it is about time we let them know we will not purchase their product and boycott them until they change and drop the discriminatory practice and use proper business ethics!
