"Don't buy from this company!!!
STILL trying to return items that are too big and order was based on their "size chart". Left two e-mail messages and no reply.
The phone number for customer service sends you to an automated voice message. NO WAY to speak to an actual person. My 'problem' does not fit into any of the 'options' listed in their automated message.
Also, do not feel that the $9.99 return fee is appropriate when the error is in their size chart but cannot talk to anyone about it. So what do I do???"
"Paid $49.77 for order and was refunded only $26.00 due to shipping fees to and from. I just needed to exchange sizes. I will NEVER order from them ripoff company again. They ignore emails as well. Really poor service. I would give no stars if I could. "
"I recently place an order with Blair online. I paid $30.98 for the next day shipping(overnight). I did not receive the product and now it's three days later and I still do not have my order. I called the company to receive a refund the total amount and was denied. I asked to speak with someone in a manager position and was still denied. I will never order from this company again due to the lack of customer service provided. When I pay for a service, I expect to receive the product. Not several days later after paying for it to be shipped overnight."
"I ordered a dress and some shirts from Blair. I am disabled and mostly home bound. I started this process on 12/29/17. I received the order and shirts of the same style and different color were as much as 3" different in size. The dress I ordered to wear to my brother's 2/17 wedding fit (thankfully) but the silver belt required to wear it was not included. I contacted Blair and they paid for the return but told me they couldn't just ship me the belt. So, I had the worry about whether the dress would be the same size. They also supposedly sent a note to shipping to make sure the belt was included with the exchange. I received the dress today 2/7/18 and it was the same size but when I checked the packaging, the belt was, once again, not supplied with the dress. I called customer service and their only recommendation was that I order a third dress at my cost, return the one that had been shipped without the belt and hope the belt came the third time. Obviously, I was not going to do that. I did some checking and found a belt that would work for $20 on another site. I contacted Blair again and asked them to split the cost of the belt by giving me a $10 refund for the horrible problems I had with their catalog company. They wouldn't budge off of a $5 discount for all of my problems. I paid the $20 to another vendor and now all I can do is hope the belt gets here in time without any problems or I will have absolutely nothing to wear to my brother's wedding. I started this process 7 weeks in advance and should not have had this much difficulty. I told Blair I would work to leave a negative review everywhere I could since I am home and disabled and that is what I am doing. NEVER SHOP WITH THIS VENDOR."
"Worst (very worst) customer service I've encountered. I'm no spring chicken and have dealt with numerous customer service centers over the years. I ordered a couple of shirts from this company on 12/3, on 12/12 I called to check on the order. Hadn't been shipped yet but told me they would expedite it. On 12/13 got a notice of shipment. I'm sure it was just a coincidence it was one day after I called. Checked the web site for tracking and all it said was label created will have further info when picked up by UPS. Called 12/18, lengthy discussion with your lady about it not shipping and she insisted it did. She was reading he same info from the same we site but kept insisting it shipped on the 13th. Asked for a supervisor, was on hold for over 5 minutes, she came back on and said she would transfer me now. Went straight to voice mail. I left a message and called back. Got different your lady that did same thing as far as just reading what was on the computer. Put me on hold for supervisor, went straight to voice mail. As of yet no return call from either supervisor. Oh, and in the mean time they haven't hesitated to bill my credit card. Will put this review on as many sites as I can in hopes that it keeps others from having to deal with this company. If you do decide to deal with them anyway you might also want to make sure you check their return policy. You pay $9.99 to return anything for any reason."

order and I received item today in good shape. I would give five stars if they had resolved sooner.

"I placed an order on cyber Monday for 2 dresses and a skirt I need for a trip I'm leaving on Dec 6th, foolishly thinking my order would be here on time. I checked their shipping policy that states orders are shipped the same or next day depending upon time order was placed. With the rush of the season, I did expect a delay of a day or two, but now it's Saturday and still no delivery date. Ups says they have the label and will quote a date when they receive the package, well that will be Monday at best so there is NO WAY my order will be here by Wed morning in time for me to leave. Total crap that there is no way to find out what is going on, now it's too late and I will have to find summer wear off the rack in the Smoky Mountains in December, yeah right. Now after reading other reviews I am worried about what kind of quality I can expect. WILL NOT order from them again."
"I wanted to return an item for a smaller size. Since I ordered it less than 2 weeks ago, the price has now gone up from $13.48 to $24.99! I called customer service. The rep was clueless but she did say that she thought I'd have to pay the higher price for exchanging the top. I contacted them with my complaint and they emailed me information regarding their policy which says that you pay your original purchase price....not the new purchase price. The cust. service rep should have known this. Happily, they only took 2 days to get back to me. It was resolved to my satisfaction and I can give them 4 stars. I don't like the 9.99 fee to return (since this will be my second return on this item I have now paid more in returns than the price of the top!) but they say that is for the postage label which I think is excessive. I buy a lot of clothes from catalogs and others do not charge so much. Returns are even sometimes free (like Woman Within). At any rate, I am glad I can return this for another size. "
"I ordered a warm up suit for my mom which came three sizes too big for her and very poor material. I wanted to return it and was told that there was a ten dollar return fee. Who does this?????"
"I ordered coordinates in bedding: coverlet, dust ruffle, 2 sets of shams, duvet cover. They send me an email confirming my order and notifying me that the dust ruffle and coverlet are not available although when I placed my order on the phone they were and for three days, could still be ordered on line. I requested that the order be canceled, immediately upon receipt of the email. IF I pay the $19.99 in shipping and the $9.99 return fee, I can go to UPS and return the order. IF I had purchased from Amazon, I could print a shipping label, fill out return form online and return with free shipping and no return policy. Blair's business practices are outdated. I called customer service and got people who did not want to be helpful and weren't, sent six emails because I could not believe such shoddy practices. When I received the partial set of bedroom coordinates, the quality was not up to par. Lesson learned. AVOID BLAIR."
"In june of 2017, I ordered clothing for my mother, who is in a nursing home. Since that time, Blair has charged me for their VIP membership. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. They are charging my credit card an incredible $14.97 per month for nothing. I do not purchase their clothing for myself and will not purchase any future items for my mom. "Bob" in customer service said he would cancel my membership, but not refund my money.
Please be aware of this deceptive and predatory business practice. I'm sure I will be calling Blair every month or will have to cancel my credit card to get this to stop!!"
"Since my mother passed away, I've ordered from Blair many times, partly as a grief coping strategy as my mother loved Blair and their affiliates. I've purchased some really cute items and even my adult children compliment me on my taste!! I have had mostly good experience w/ Blair. I've always reached a customer service rep in America and they are always friendly and helpful. If I do return something I pay my own shipping fee at the post office rather than using their return post paid mailer and save more than half the cost. Before ordering I read the reviews on the items I am interested in and if the item runs small I order a medium, otherwise I have found the small or medium size perfect for my size 8/10 size body. Blair is definitely not geared for tiny people! I sew so if a sleeveless dress is big at the armhole I just take in the seam. For the price I couldn't be more pleased and I love the wide variety of knit jackets Blair offers, as well as the new styles and colors they add to their catalogs regularly. I order something pretty much every month and like the good deals on clearance too! I take advantage of their free on-line shipping deals and love having my shopping delivered to my front porch! Blair gets a high five from me. My mom would be proud!"
"I do lots of online shopping - some good, some not so good. But Blair is by far the worst I've ever used and all I can say is "buyer beware". Nothing went smoothly. Some merchandise was too big, some too small and, in one case, they sent the wrong merchandise. Although I placed only one order, my merchandise arrived in three deliveries over a period of ten days and all the packages were is bad shape (smashed & torn). When I called for assistance their customer service person provided no service at all. Had to send lots of things back and I'm told it will take two billing cycles for my credit!!?? To add some insult to injury, my bill arrived today and they have double billed me for some of my merchandise. Think I'll need to prepare myself for trying to clear up that problem. I don't even want to think about how long and how many phone calls it will take to get my credit. This was my first Blair order and will surely be my last!!!!!"

"I purchased a sweatshirt for my sister for Christmas. It didn't fit, so she returned it for an exchange for a different size. Blair charged $10 to return the sweatshirt and didn't send another sweatshirt. Neither my sister nor I received any communications from Blair. After several tries, my sister finally got in touch with someone. They said they didn't have the sweatshirt in the size she wanted, so they refunded $10 to my charge card (I definitely paid more than that). That was an expensive mistake. What companies charge a customer to try their clothes? Outrageous! They are not responsive to e-mails or complaints."
