"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. Now I know, that I am NOT the only customer, but that's the kind of service Blank Media Printing offers. Never responded to my Question about my current project
"I paid for and submitted artwork, but noticed that it looked like there was their instructions for size on template seemed to be showing on the tiny preview thumbnail. I didn't want to finalize it til I heard back from them. So far after 2 weeks, still no response from them. I'm thinking of asking for a refund."
