"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. Now I know, that I am NOT the only customer, but that's the kind of service Blank Media Printing offers. My product(s) were delivered quicker than I anticipated and I could not have been any happier with the quality. i Was not completely happy
"The online page had a design tab for making Templates. I clicked on to use it and saw it was not currently available. I had to get many friends over to finally make one with a paint app from microsoft. What was so frustrating I had to pay for the cds before I could send the design. It was not user friendly. "

"The end result was enough to make up for the difficulty I had using the site. The artwork editor was down at the time which might have made the experience easier. I had help adjusting the artwork through email. The emails showed clear, labeled, guidelines for the artwork which should have been more clear on the site. Upon receiving the discs, the quality exceeding expectations. I would gladly use this service again"

"The DVDs we ordered looked exactly how we wanted them to. Haven't tested them out yet, but I'm sure they will work great. I will warn--the packaging was not done well, and one of the DVDs did come broken, as well as the holder for the DVDs, but the rest were fine."

"This is the first time I have ordered anything like this, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I guess they picked up on that when I made my order, and contacted me asking if I wanted them to correct my order to make it more professional. I didn't expect such service as most businesses grab the money and onto the next order. I couldn't be more pleased and I think the Prices are about as low as any business could make them. In my opinion it would be a Mistake to buy from anyone else.
