Bob's The Best!

"Ok, here we go! My name is Jim and I'm not really a big fan of leaving reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. First and foremost, I would like to mention Kayla Hanson who works in merchandising at Bob's watches. Over the last 30-45 days I have had the privilege of working with Kayla on 3 Rolex watches, one datejust and 2 explorers. The watches were shipped several days apart and each one was received the next day after the order. After trying the watches on, I decided to keep only one and sent the others back. After the watches were received and inspected, there was a prompt refund given. I spoke with Kayla Hanson and emailed her on many occasions asking specific questions that were promptly returned. Throughout our conversations and emails, it was clear to me that Kayla was more interested in me getting the watch I loved rather than just making a sale. Kayla went above and beyond any other customer care representative I have ever encountered. Kayla was unflappable, patient, empathetic, creative, resourceful, and had a great deal of product knowledge.

Another excellent employee of Bob's watches is Leslye Madina, she works in customer service. I worked with Leslye at times while working with Kayla, Leslye is another employee of Bob's watches that should be commended, she did whatever it took to make sure I was happy. Leslye and I communicated by phone and emails while she helped me navigate through different questions I had until they were resolved.

About 27 years ago I bought a Rolex datejust from Bob's watches and it was a great experience, that's why I decided to go with them again. If you are looking to buy or sell a watch, I recommend Bob;s watches.

I have been in business since "1977" so I know a little about being in business. Bob;s watches does it right.

Stay away from Bob's and Oris !

"Bought an Oris in '22 with a 3 year guarantee. The Oris website (w/my serial number) shows expiration of warranty 7/25, Bob's insists it expires 7/24, but most importantly the Oris service center says the watch only had 1 year warranty; so now I have to pay for repairs on a 2 year old watch. When I brought this to the attention of Bob's, their Mr. Wes Bendy was just short of rude when I questioned these date discrepancies and has refused to talk with me any further. Despite my anger, I kept the conversation polite, but I guess that wasn't good enough when I told him the discrepancies were not acceptable. Rest assured I will not purchase from Bob's or Oris again; I suggest you do the same !"

Disappointed

"Extremely disappointed!
I trade my Sub with another Sub
I spoke with one of the sales guy; got my quote , paid straight away.
I’ve received the watch in extremely fast way, awesome!
But I’ve realized that I’ve been charged extra $300 on top of mine 16 k purchase..
I’ve called several times and finally they called me back said that they made a mistake on the final quote.
They charged me $300 without my consent.
Also they argued with me for 300$ instead take full responsibility on this.
Find extremely cheap for a company selling luxury watches.
What disappointing me most is that they argue for 300$ and they took away all excitement of receiving such an important piece.
They been in biz so long but they shouldn’t be able to take responsibility when they make a mistake
I will never order again from them for fact!
Make sure to triple check the final quote so you avoid surprises..

Do not do business with Bob's watches, they will take severe advantage of you.

"I sent some pictures of my old Rolex to Bob's and 2 other on-line buyers. They offered up to $1,100 pending examination. The other two companies were around $2,000. Because of the disparity, I decided to list the watch on E-Bay for auction. It was lively and the winning bidder paid $2,450. I can understand Bob's needs to make a profit...but this was more like a ripoff. My recommendation is do not do business with Bob's."

Happy with my trade

"I was able to trade in my old Rolex for a newer model. Very happy I did. My original 16610 was nice but now that I've worn the 116610 I can feel the difference, especially in the bracelet. I'll be coming back when I am ready to buy another watch in the future."

Best Place to Sell Rolex Watches

"I spoke with Lora over at Bob's Watches and I really enjoyed working with her. She gave me a generous price to sell Rolex and made the process easy. It was also nice that they covered the shipping and sent payment fast. Those were my to biggest concerns.
If I ever have another Rolex to sell I'll be calling back.

Bob's Watches is the best used Rolex dealer

"They have the most trust and integrity because they offer the best service, and with them i know my Rolex will be 100% authentic. I am always looking to find the best price, of course, but i am much more concerned to get a genuine Rolex. Price is secondary. Although i find their prices to be fair and as good or better than anyone else. I just bought a Rolex Day Date from them and i am thrilled. the watch is like brand new. "

Successful Trade Transaction

"I sent my Rolex Submariner 5513 into Bob's to use as a trade towards a more modern Submariner. I loved that old watch, however I needed something new, something more durable I could wear on daily basis without having to worry about damaging one of the irreplaceable parts and etc. So I talked to Sam Berger on the phone, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional - she knows her stuff. She gave a me a preliminary price and told me she would need to see it to give me a firm offer. She told me I can either cash out, or use the watch as a credit towards something on the website. I was interested and a few days later, I received the packaging materials in the mail. Bob's covered the shipping to have the piece sent in and I felt comfortable knowing they were using fully insured FedEx shipping for the courier. I received an email when my package arrived and later that day I got a call from Sam going over the watch makers evaluation and pricing. I hadn't serviced the watch in ages so the time test report made sense (it failed the time test) and the watch also needed a new acrylic crystal. Sam made me a very fair offer and I used the watch towards a 114060 Non-Date Submariner with box and papers along with a check for the difference! The watch I got from Bob's Watches is beautiful, no wear, just like the way I saw them in the Rolex store. I am so happy with the quality and professionalism that is Bob's Watches. I would refer Bob's Watches to friends, family and colleagues, and I would encourage them to ask for Sam. She was a great help in the process. Thank you Bob's Watches and Sam for such a smooth and seamless transaction.
