"My daughter is getting married in Mexico at isla mujeres. We are all staying on the island. I picked the flights based on your suggestions, it wasn't until after I had paid for the trip that a disclaimer came up warning about not having flights into Cancun after 9 pm or before 930 am because of the boats to the island. So here I was looking at a nonrefundable trip paid in full mind you. Might want to put that as a disclaimer for people like me that have never stayed there. If not for your customer service agent being very patient and cancelling the whole trip, I would have used a different company. I rebooked this time using a different airport than previous 300 dollars more for the trip which is okay. I almost went with a different travel site but will give you the benefit of the doubt (once).."

At first price was 1300$ per person, and 2 h later 1500$ per person, the more I was checking the same dates and hotel- price was growing- the same day. Finally I have purchased vocation 1900$ per person- same dates that were 1300$ only few hours prior. I usually pay all my vacation expenses with American Express - blue sky- this time it was not accepted."
