"I kept getting an error about the airline and timeline was not available. So, I canceled out of the online booking. I didnt know I had a trip booked until I received my credit card bill. Then when I try to get my money back I was told I can not get my airline fee back, even tho I purchased the trip insurance. Horrible to deal with. I now am taking a vacation and it is not even the original dates I was looking at!"

"This will be the last time I book with Bookit.com. Booked with them for my close friends birthday, also our first trip to Jamaica. We originally booked for the Jewel Dunn`s River Adult Beach Resort and Spa, All-Inclusive. They did not inform us that there was not two beds in the room, its a group of girls in one room and my husband and myself in another. So we called to request two beds and Shavonie was able to assist with booking for the Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica Resort (All-Inclusive), Runaway Bay. Only when she booked they did not have two rooms and the hotel was booked up completely. No problem she offered to waive the $25 fee and did so as well as send a email to the resort to see if she can add a room to the assisting reservation. I call back to follow up on the email and get different answers from two different reps. So we change the hotel for all of us and now they are saying we need to pay the $25 fee that Shavonie was able to wave. request to speak with a supervisor and i get transferred to Brandy. Brandy was not genuine or even willing to wave the fee, she basically just read me the policy, at least that what is sounded like. For this to be a third party, you would think they would want continued business. I just chopped up the fee. I would **** they need to work on customer service and make sure everyone is all on the same page. Brandy offered to pull the calls, and I accepted, she then tells me "this will take a very long time to pull each call and ticket" like I care the purpose is to not prove the customer wrong and TRY and go above and beyond to make sure you get their returned business. Disappointed in the customer service over all. "
