"I called in to book trip to make sure everything was good. Since representative told me on phone earlier it was best way. The website currently says triple codes. Also states can use more than one code. The rep who took my reservation said no he can’t. After finishing booking I relooked at site to make sure I read it correctly. It states you can use more than one code. It gives an amount and does not say up to. So I call customer service thinking an easy fix. Not at all. All she did was spend an hour telling me they won’t honor it. Then states A LOT of customers are unhappy. Well easy. Because website says you get these discounts and don’t honor. When people call in the just say they can only have one. Customers are just saying ok because that is how it is normally. However in this case it says you can use more than one. Then I say another easy fix. Just change coupon code on my order. When the vacation is paid in full the other $150 will come off. Nope wouldn’t do that either. "

However, a big draw back was that they don’t take AMEX which is mine, any many others, main travel card. It almost kept me from booking my current trip and would probably keep me from booking future ones. Who doesn’t accept AMEX nowadays, I have not seen this on years?"
