"If I could give zero stars I would!!! This has been the worst experience ever! Original issue was being transferred from Dominicb Republican due to number of death and level 3 warning. They gave me a very very had time. So I decided to reach out to AAirline directly. They waived all fees bd transferred flight.My resort was changed to an resort 3 hours away in hour and I told agent I wanted to be in Negril, I was also told would receive a $1000+ refund. Called back to have resort transfer to correct area and was told due to inconvenience Jeremy would apply $100 promotion to booking. NEVER APPLIED! Multiple call reviews done and nothing has been resolved. My mom reservation was Charged an extra $400+ in fees! Are bookings are identical but only she was charged extra fees! I would say SCAM!!! RUN AWAY FROM ALL THE ADD N NEVER LOOK BACK! Learned everything that glitters isn’t gold. I’m so upset this is my birthday trip and they have ruined it!!! On top of all this resorts are a better value if booked directly."

"My trip was less than 10 days away. And unfortunately we suffered a loss in our immediate family. Book it was very very very helpful in helping us push our package back a few months while we dealt with an unexpected death. There was a little hiccup trying to get a flight waiver for us not to be charge the change fee. The book at representative told me exactly what I needed to do she even called American Airlines to help me get the flight waiver. We never expected to have a death so we didn’t purchase insurance. The assistance that we got even without us purchasing the insurance was nothing short of amazing. Although our trip has not occurred yet because we had to push it back, their assistance this far has been nothing but the best."

"My husband and I were trying to book our all inclusive vacation to mexico and it would not finalize and we tried it multiple times. It was a great price and we really wanted to book it before we lost the deal but the website would not work. We decided to try it first thing in the morning, the price was still the same and it finally went through and it was confirmed hotel+flight+transportation. I received an email that the flight was confirmed but the hotel and transportation had not worked. So I called bookit an hour later to fix the problem but apparently the prices had change so i had to pay way more then initially. Since i had to rebook it with them i didnt get the same price. I asked her if she could just match the price that was charged(pending) to my credit card, She just kept saying there was nothing she could do, the price had change in the one hour i had waited. She took a hundred dollars off which was already an existing promotion on their site, but it wasn't close to how much cheaper it was when i booked it the first time. I really do like Bookit especially because they are not a chain. I still booked with them but i wasn't happy that I lost a good deal. "
