"Return flights were horrible. Got stuck for 14 hours at airport because bookit.com scheduled our layover for wrong day. Me at my wife had to sleep in airport and couldn’t eat because airport wouldn’t let us into food court till 2 hrs before flight. Bookit.com did absolutely nothing for us. We ended up having to purchase a rental car and drive back to Tampa to get our car after denied food. Then to Ocala to pick up kids and dogs as they had school next day and we had to go to work. We got home at 2:00 in the morning. Ruined our entire vacation experience "
