"This was my first order with BorrowLenses.com and I chose a Nikon F2.8 24-70 lens and I also ordered a Nikon D90 body. The D90 had not been returned from a previous hire so they contacted me by phone and email and offered me an upgrade to a D300 body at no extra cost. I arranged for the pick up service and when I went to the pick up point, my order was ready and waiting and the collection was easy efficient and without any incident. Everything was in great condition and worked flawlessly during the 3 days I had them. Returning the equipment was a simple matter of taking the package back to where I conveniently picked it up. "Stellar customer service! I was apprehensive of renting or leasing a lens, they are so expensive to replace and there was no guarantee that I was going to get what I was ordering. I read a few reviews about borrowlenses.com, and decided to try it out with insurance for a month. It was simple and easy to order, and I recieved my lens in 3days. When the package got here, the filter was not in the package. I was a little freaked, but called and talked with customer service and they ended up shipping one out right away.
