The customer service, which I called about 5 times during the rental period, was always rapid to answer, extremely knowledgeable, and was quite obviously a member of the local company (not outsourced help) which to me means a lot.

My rental was simply a Canon 40d and a 70-200mm lens. Both arrived on date, with all parts in good condition, and the battery was fully charged.

Scheduling and ordering the lense online was smooth, and later I even extended my rental for another week without any hassels; it was painless. The return was also painless; they include a pre-paid FedEx shipping label; of course I paid for it. The 2nd time, I reserved a canon 24-70mm L2.8 and it was delivered on time and the return was smooth. The rental cost is the best even with insurance.
