No. That left a bitter taste in my mouth and will have me think twice before using them again and of course better educating myself to ask EACH AND EVERY QUESTION imaginable about the products. What made it bitter, is when I talked to their staff about the non-ability to use those products, they looked at the products and said "Yeah, we this wouldn't work so you should have done this..." "
