"I rented a 500mm Canon lens. It was in great shape and a wonderful lens. Their service was OK and the lens arrived on time as promised. This was only after I had to arrange for an additional amount of insurance to cover theft not covered in the insurance(only damage) I purchased with the original order. I had to get my insurance agent to send them a certificate plus pay more in premium. All this after I place my order. It worked out OK but was a total hassle at the time. My attorney wife says this appears to be a deceptive trade practice. You be the judge."

Lens was delivered in a beat- up cardboard box. I was expecting to see a more sturdy box for a $2K item.
When I sent it back, I received an email stating that I did not include any accessories like caps, hood, etc. Yes in 5 days I received another email back saying they received everything (?!).
