"All the negative reviews have the same things in common. Charging customers for things that aren’t in stock. Gross shipping delays (if they ship at all). Failure to fulfill orders or full refunds. Seems like you need to have intervention from BBB or Paypal to see any action from them. "

"I’ve ordered several items from Botach over the years. Their eBay store is pretty solid. I’ve had many issues when I’ve ordered from their own website. No response to emails items that have been purchased stating pending processing for several weeks. If their prices where not so good they would be a one star. If you want your purchase fast I’d go someplace else. If you can afford to wait then it might be worth it. I hope they get better"
"Botach does not offer shipping insurance and usps misdelivered. After denying emails and requests for help, they finally were responding after a complaint on bbb. They asked for an official letter from USPS and after confirming it was misdelivered, they still denied any help.
So they know I didn't receive the item, they can claim a loss, but force me to take the loss.
Only the shipper can make the claim because there is no shipping insurance, so I lost $213.58 and got nothing.
Do not order if you expect to get your item, help or money back."

"I have ordered from botach several times without an issue. Review would have great until my recent experience. Placed my order 2 weeks ago, all items showed in stock. 3 days later got an update partially shipped. Shipping label created with tracking number, hasn't moved in 2 weeks still shows waiting for pickup. Haven't heard anything about the item that has not shipped. I emailed them questioning the issue and got a prompt reply, but it was a generic response with no real answers. Got another generic reply the following day still with no specific answer to my order. Still waiting... Looks like this will be my last order from them, if I ever even see the items. "
"I asked for a change to my order within 24 hours of placing it. They got back to me a FEW DAYS LATER to say they couldn't make the change because the order had shipped. Fine.
But TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT, the FedEx tracking number says the order still hasn't left their building. At some point I may have to cancel the whole order. Thank God for Visa fraud protection."
"I placed an order on March 17th that still has not arrived. All items were in stock, shipping was supposed to take a few days. I've tried to message, call and email. Their Customer Service page has been deleted. All calls go to voice mail that as far as I can tell doesn't get a response for several day. Email responses are one-word answers. Employees are rude and uncaring. Over a month I have been waiting. They have a hold on the money, but aren't attending to the GD order. These are bad people dropping the ball at the worst time and what's worse is no email blast about wait times or anything. It's inexcusable. And based on their attitude they 100% DGAF about these reviews, that's why they have no Google footprint. Trash."

I have ordered from several other companies at the same time and have had their products already for a week to include .223 ammo which is sold out everywhere!!!! I personally had a great experience and my Streamlight TLR-1 HL came within a week of ordering and was cheaper by comparison to anywhere else, even with shipping. On Amazon they have a 92% positive rating over the past 12 months so I'd say they are a safe bet. That being said I have only had a good experience, I'm sure those with bad experiences are warranted if honest."
