"I ordered an Avon C50 mask with next day air shipping. They company printed a label immediately, took my money, then never shipped. When I keep calling in, they either dont answer the phone or give me a run around. They claim on their website that no money is debited until it ships, which is ironic. They claim they sent it, take your money, then string you out weeks. "
"ordered a item that says it was in stock. got a tracking number the next day that said the label had been printed. still not shipment after 5 days. found a number that i could actually talk to a person. they said they would check on it and call me right back. HA yeah right. i told to the manufacturer of the part i ordered and they told me they have not even shipped that part out to anyone yet. i had to finally file a claim at my bank to get my money back. i will never shop here again to the terrible practices and CS . "Hi! I made an order 92249665 11/15/19, sent it partially, only half!! They ask me to prove it, then partially sent the other part of order with other items, that I already received, also with an idle flashlight! Even with this in mind, they did not return the difference part of the amount of payment, asked me to close the PayPal case to return, than did not return the money, still, they did not answer for my any letters!! FRAUD!"
"They have shipped the wrong color on some socks. Apparently they ship what ever stock they have on hand not what you order. Customer Service has never returned my call to correct."
"This company is a rip off. A week after placing an order and it still has not shipped. When it did ship they charged for everything but short shipped only 1 of the 4 pieces. Then they claimed I was lying when I contacted customer service. My best advice is but from a reputable company and when in Vegas use these thieves as target practice."

"Placed and order and after several days inquired as to where the item was, when it was shipping,etc. They told me it hadn't shipped from the mfg. After going back and forth for a week, they said they didnt have any information and that the mfg. didnt get back to them. Left several texts, calls and email, but they never responded. Luckily I paid with PayPal and the authorization expired and they weren't able to take the payment even if they tried. What is incoherent, incompetent and stupid is the way they conduct business and treat the customer. My guess is that they are either going out of business or that they also deal with government institutions and just **** off the government teet and that's how they stay afloat. They also were stupid enough to send me an email asking me to review the product when I hadn't even recieved it and they were giving me the brush-off. Lol.

"Rolled the dice on a firearm purchase with Botach after having placed a few orders in the past with no major hitches. After a few e-mails asking about inventory count, they finally got back to me. I spoke with Cody on the phone. I asked that she please check to ensure the item was in fact in stock visually, to which she replied in the affirmative. I then proceeded to place an order Dec. 16th for a firearm which was to be transferred to a local FFL. To ensure that they received my FFL's information QUICKLY, I called my FFL to ensure it was expedited. As expected, my FFL did their job promptly. Still not trusting Botach based on reviews, I followed up by phone with them a couple of days later. They said they had received my FFLs info. I reached out again on the 23rd to check progress by e-mail. They apologized for the delay and replied that it was shipping out that day. That was the last communication. Mind you they have not charged my card but I've tried calling 3 to 4 different phone numbers listed on their site over the course of 2 straight weeks and e-mailed 2 of their e-mail addresses over a half dozen times with NO response. I finally called on Dec. 31st to their government agency line (the only line that they will answer). First the young guy told me someone would reach out tomorrow since he couldn't do anything to help me. Didn't happen so I called back to the government line the next day and the same guy answered - this time he actually hung up on me. I've e-mailed them the last couple of days asking to cancel with no response so I did what any smart person would do - cancel the credit card. Completely unbelievable company, if you want to call this a company. They INTENTIONALLY ignore your calls, intentionally disregard your e-mails and intentionally hang up on you. I manage a retail business and I spend all day, every day answering phone calls and e-mails from customers. To say that Botach is a joke would be understated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are jerks and you'll find out the hard way just the same way I did. I thought I was saving a few hundred bucks but now I wish I had spent the extra few hundred somewhere else and actually had received my products."
"Do not order from botach . They will not deliver items. If you do not believe me, try to call them or contact them first, they will not even respond. Ive been scammed by them. They are probaly going out of business and they are taking orders but are not delivering goods or giving back refunds. "
"I tried to purchase a suppressor from them. I called customer service just about every day trying to get ahold of literally anyone to give information to regarding FFL shipping. Called, left messages, texted, and called other departments. NOTHING. I can not even get ahold of them to cancel my order. "
