Great Customer Suervice
"I've been doing business with this company for many years and have never had a bad experience. They sell quality products at a fair price. You might find the same products a little cheaper on another site but then when you do have an issue ,how much did you really save? This company is really second to none when all things are considered.
My only complaint is that I wish they didn't have everything I like, I put way too much on my credit cards :-)"

Easy to Order Platform & Website
"I've been doing business with Joe Bob Outfitters for many years now and so far no problems. I've always thought that you will never know how good a company really is unless you have a problem--so far no problems.
The free shipping option and the free T-Shirt keeps me coming back for sure. Now they even have free stickers :-) Prices are generally very competitive."

"I've been doing business with this store for a number of years now. They have never disappointed me. Great prices and great customer service. I just bought 2 computer related items, but only after an online chat with their customer service rep (Michael M). I needed some very technical application questions answered but doubted they would be able to help me. They not only had the answers I needed but they also said to contact them if I needed help with the installation of the computer parts. I don't think it gets much better than that."

Getting better all the time :-)
"Botach seems to have gotten better to deal with as time has passed. I think I started ordering from them about 6 months ago (Today is 8 Oct 2018).
My only issue so far involved a rifle sling that was listed as Foliage Green but was in fact Grey. I had 4 other people look at the strap and tell me it was Grey. When I contacted Botach they just wanted to argue the point until they eventually issued me a return on them, never had so many people at 1 company to argue with--especially considering it was only a $12 strap. I ended up just keeping the strap and although they did finally resolve the problem the arguing about the color could have easily been fixed by their customer service without a hassle. Hopefully they will continue to evolve and get better as they grow. They have some great sales and a lot of cool tactical stuff at fair prices."

"I had purchased a Zoeller Sump Pump in 2010 from Pex Supply which I think became this company. I checked prices online and they offered by far the best price. Anyway, the pump's switch went bad so I ordered a new pump so I could pull the old pump and still keep the basement dry (water pouring in after huge snow. I remembered the price and service were great so I ordered again. They had the pump to me in less than two days (they are located in New York and I'm in Maryland). My second experience was just as good as the first in 2010. They were much cheaper than Amazon."
