"Do not shop Bottom Line Telecommunications unless you want very poor customer service and a CEO who tells you "sorry, dont care, contact the manufacturer", even though the item was DEFECTIVE. I only had it for TWO days, it quit working and I wanted either a replacement or a refund. The CEO of this company stated to me, "HE WROTE the return policy" and doesnt care what the interpretation of it is regarding defective merchandise, a customer cant return ANYTHING unless it is in the ORIGINAL packaging, regardless, defective or not. He told me I should contact the manufacturer. I did and the manufacture said the place that sold it to me should replace it. Horrific customer service, CEOs that should not be CEOs. Unless you want to throw your money away, go elsewhere. And tell your friends!
FURTHER: The seller's response to my review just confirms my review of poor customer service. Most retailers DO take merchandise back without packaging when it is DEFECTIVE. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE, they handle dealing with the manufacturer. Not shoving it onto the customer."

"I purchased the long awaited Antec P180 performance case from them. I ordered on/around the 14th, and their "real-inventory status" said the item is backordered, but they are expecting shipment to come in on the 15th. On the 15th, I got an email from them saying that the item is in stock, and it will be shipping the following day. The next day 16th, I received a tracking number from them. Two days later, I recevied the item. The experience was great, no complains whatsoever. The only downside is that they do NOT have an order status online, but they do send you email and keep you updated on the status.
Give this company a try if the chance arise, I will definitely buy from them again if the chance arise.

BLT, though, sent me emails almost every 72 hours apprising me of the situation, and then delivered the case before they even expected to have it in. I'm probably one of the first users in the country to get it and at a fabulous price. I can't say enough about how highly these honest folks regard their customers."

"I registered here just so I could say how great these guys are. I bought a PSP a while back, and if you have one then you understand that to find a memory stick larger than 512 is akin to getting a lifetime achievement award... its rare to happen, and if it is, you're lucky to get just one. I found a gig chip at an absolutely incredible price of 101. The only problem was I was well in line... roughly number 2000 or so. I received an email from shopblt a short while later, (a few weeks into my wait) informing me how sorry they were that the manufacturer had continued to push the date on their shipments back and they brought to my attention a new chip they just got in stock. It was a gig pro duo card as well, but meant for serious photographers. It went for a premium at 120... if you were to even buy a regular one at a gamestop or online retailer (presuming you were actually lucky enough to find one) they would charge you no less than 150 plus tax. Even at a "premium" it was an absolute steal. I jumped on it, and (waiting for murphy's law to come true) I didn't make any comments until it went in my PSP and worked. It has, and wonderfully so. I'm ecstatic. Thank you very much blt, you guys were absolutely incredible and if anyone is reading this, just do it - these guys are top shelf. They're where I'll be doing the rest of my shopping whenever possible.
