"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"
"Bought C6 bike in November 2020 and received it about 3 months later. After 3 or 4 uses, the foot pedal/crank just fell off. The metal thread on the crank and pedal were stripped. I'm still waiting to receive the replacement parts. I understand covid has cause delays in shipping but I've been waiting almost 6 months to use this bike and still have not been able to. I expect better service when I'm paying such a high price for a product. Would never buy from Bowflex again. After reading other reviews, this is an issue many people have had. They also say you have 6 weeks to return the product but it has to be returned in original packaging and you have to pay for the shipping and are responsible for arranging the shipping. "
"Order my Bowflex dumb bells on August 31. Mid November, no answer - I check the order, says cancelled. No communication, updates - no customer service whatsoever. I am already a (happy) Bowflex user, but this just turns off loyal customers who pay premium for the brand to (one of many cheaper) alternatives in the market."

The bike itself has been great and works well, but if paying over $900 for it I would want one without scratches. "Purchased the Revolution along with the In-home assembly ($300). The equipment was just dropped off at the front door, without any notice of delivery. Tried to get in touch with the company and had to wait on the phone for 75 minutes!? Got tired of waiting so tried calling the sales department, and someone answered immediately but then transferred me right back to customer service with ridiculous wait time. The communication, follow through, and customer service is absolutely the worst. A $3500 purchase should come with a little more reliable customer service. "

"I purchased a set of dumbbells on August 14. 2 weeks later I found out that they had only shipped 1 dumbbell (the other was lost or never sent). I had 2 tracking numbers from FedEx and the origin had 2 different locations which made no sense. I tried contacting Bowflex but had no luck. A few days later I was able to get in touch with a representative online where they informed me that the other dumbbell was shipped and it may take a day or two for FedEx to process.. 3 Days went by and no status update from FedEx. Sept. 3rd comes around and still no updates and I found out that the dumbbell was a "lost" item. They had to create a new order as a "replacement item" which meant that my guaranteed 10 week delivery was now pushed out for another 3 weeks.
It's been an exhausting process and one that has wasted so much of my time.
Its now a month later from when Bowflex told me on Sept. 3rd that I'd be considered priority due to the situation and should have rush delivery. That sounded great at the time thinking I would be taken care of but 3 weeks later after seeing no activity they just apologized and said sorry but we can't guarantee anything besides the 10 weeks from date of purchase. The manager cannot make my order a priority.
I'm just disappointed in the process. I understand the whole pandemic but now my guaranteed shipping date is November 14th and them not standing by the 10 weeks from my ORIGINAL date of purchase is not right.. "
