"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"I ordered Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells on September 1st. I immediately got an email confirming my purchase, which also said "As soon as your order is processed (within 1-2 business days for credit card orders) we will send a follow-up email with an order number that may be used to check on the status of your order."
It's now been 8 days and I haven't received the email with my order number. Where did you go? I can't check the status of my order without the order number..."
"I have been in the wait list to be notified when dumbbells are available since April. I received an email stating they were in stock and to use the special promo code immediately to order them. I ordered them within five minutes of receiving the email. I checked the order status the following day and it says 10 weeks until the item ships. I thought they were in stock? They clearly aren't.... I sent an email about a week ago to ask if the 10 week estimate is accurate and I never heard back. You're one of the very few businesses doing well in the world right now. Be honest instead of trying to get cash grabs wherever you can.

As soon as it’s available I order my credit card is charged and I get an email a day later saying the product will be delivered in 3 months. Why would Bowflex say product is available after I wait two months, take my money and tell me I have to wait an additional 3 months. This is horrible and unprofessional I very surprised Bowflex is conducting business this way. There are other choices I guess I need to investigate. Don’t waste your time. "

"Sent them payment. Received a confirmation email back that mentioned to expect my product with in 3 months from purchase date. Please note, I opted into an email notification for when my product was back in stock. When I received their email saying that it was I ordered the same day. Tried to call twice. Both times went to automated message stating that I would be on hold for at least an hour before being able to speak to anyone. After 72 hours and no additional communication from Them I decided to send an email. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t heard anything... not even confirmation that they received my email and will be in touch. Really frustrating communication from the company. If you send me an email saying my product is back in stock and take my money it’s reasonable to wait a week or two tops for delivery - not 3 months. Get back to your customer inquiries faster, at least with “message received and we’ll be in touch” within 24 hours. It can be automated it’s not that difficult. "
"I love the C6 bike I bought. I have an issue with my account and have been trying to speak with someone for days. I've sent emails and have called and the wait time is over 2 hours. I understand that they are busier due to COVID, but having one number for all things customer services is a little frustrating.
Again, the product has been great, but customer service is non existent.
