"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"
"I wrote a review a couple weeks ago, but it did not get published. It seems like Bowflex is baking their ratings by not posting negative reviews. My main complaint was that the customer was responsible for return shipping, which was not clear unless you dug into the return policy. The return policy language is vague. The other issue I had was holding on the phone for 2+ hrs to get in touch w/ customer service to get the required return information. While the lady that handled my return was professional and pleasant, the overall return process is horrendous. I ended up selling the bench on craigslist before the return deadline and lost less $$ than I would have if I had shipped it back."
"Ordered my M6 on 8/25, they charged my account. Then the funds were put back in my account. They recharged my account a week ago and then the charges have come out of my account again. Still showing order as "received". When I called to cancel my order, I waited for 47 minutes on the phone only to finally get notification that I had 38 minutes more to wait. Ridiculous."

I was left with the impression that they are too busy to even pretend that they care about their customers, hence I did cancel my order. "
"The items I wanted were out of stock, at first. I placed my name on a notification for when they were in stock, not expecting any notification. I received an email when the item was in stock, and there was a time period where I could claim the offer. Shipping expectations provided were accurate. And the product is great! The ease of switching between weights and having such a variety in such a small space is so convenient. I would definitely recommend this product being bought directly from the seller."
"At a time when you try to order anything and cannot get it. This was stated it would take 4 weeks. On top of that we experienced fires in Oregon and California and although my shipment arrived 2 days later than they originally said, they kept us up to date. All parts were present, assembled easily and now giving them a try. "

"Thus far, I cannot rate the product. However, as far as the customer service is concerned, I feel that Bowflex should have a better system in place by now to address customer concerns. I'm beginning to think that this might be customary and and I'm a bit concerned about trying to contact them if there are any issues with the product.
Trying to contact Bowflex is so far a nightmare. I ordered my bike on Aug 11 and I am still waiting. Call waiting time goes from 1hour to 98 mins to 78 mins and I usually give up because I believe that there's no one on the other end to actually take the call or perhaps they just might be asleep. I'm hoping that I receive my bike by next year when the pandemic is over because everyone seem to be blaming the pandemic for delays!"

"I am just glad i was approved for credit to get bowflex workout equipment when i couldn't get it for nordic track equipment. I got the m6 trainer because i prefer ellipticals for workout and bowflex were out of the newest max total trainer. I was able to use the credit for nautilius ellipticals but they were out of stock too. My next one will be bowflex dumbells/ barbels/bench/weight scale then bowflex revolution home gym or velcro bike in coming years. I recieved the bowflex mat on 9/9/2020 and waiting for the bowflex m6."
