"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"The web site and descriptions of the equipment are great! However, when the inventory is out and we can only sign up for a notice when more is available, that is discouraging. It would be nice to know expected availability of product. It seems odd that today's technology can't provide some metric of when product will be available. When I called Customer Service, they had no more insight when inventory would be replenished."

"A while ago I wanted to order some adjustable dumbbells off their website, but it was sold out with no date on when to expect more again. I put in my email address to be notified as soon as it became available and I got the notification about a week ago. I only had a day to decide if I still wanted it, since the demand is so high. Although the website was still listing it as unavailable, I was able to order the dumbbells I wanted with the code they sent me. It's good to know they didn't forget about me before selling out again. I've noticed it being sold at other places at a much higher price, so I was glad to be able to order straight from their website. Best of all, shipping was free. =)"
