"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"I've actually placed 2 orders. A few weeks ago I placed an order for a Treadclimber TC200. It took about a day to get the order confirmation to my e-mail which made me question whether the order had gone through at all. At this point in time, I find it hard to believe their order technology is not immediately responsive.
In the order confirmation, I get a link to click to check the order status. You click the link, go to the site where you get an error & then have to prove you are not a robot by selecting photos. I find it hard to believe this is necessary but I guess it's ultimately to protect me.
When the order status actually appeared, I saw my order will take 60 days to process. That seemed like a long time to me, but I know things are crazy now & that's close to my birthday so that will be my gift to myself. About a week or so later, I checked the status and it was changed to 3 months. I know there is increased demand, but this delay seems excessive.
I went back to the site to shop for other items. I considered cancelling the Treadclimber to get a Max Trainer if it will arrive sooner. There were so many items on the Bowflex site that were out of stock. Please note, they don't consider a 3-month delivery timeframe as out of stock. Are those items listed as out of stock ever going to be available again? Is Bowflex going bankrupt? They can't fill their potential customers' needs somewhat timely. Again, I know we are in a different world, but still...
As an experiment, I placed the order for the Max Trainer M6 - the higher model was out of stock. When I finally got the order confirmation the next day (again) it is 8 weeks out for delivery.
I still haven't decided if I'm going to cancel both orders. I am concerned Bowflex will no longer be a viable brand in the next year based on the shopping experience. I'm definitely not getting an extended warranty if I choose to keep one of the orders."

"So hard to get a hold of Customer Rep. I’ve tried at least 7 times and have to give up because I’ve been on hold for at least 20 minutes and no ones picking up. The delivery was initially set at 45 days , then after about two weeks, it says 8 weeks. I wanna cancel but they don’t accept cancellation in email, they want you to call. Try calling and you will just give up because no ones answering. I will file complaints with Oregon DOJ. "
