"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"
"Can’t give a full review when the bike hasn’t even shipped yet. 45 business days is not an acceptable time period to wait when everything else ships within 7 days. If the wait is due to COVID then they need to state that before the order is placed. "
"I'm asked to share my experience with the Bowflex website. Hard to say since they're not expecting to ship my product for 45 days which is fine. What I'm not excited about is the fact that I got an email 3 days later from "reseller ratings" asking for this input. I'm certainly going to unsubscribe and it just feels a little spammy."
"for how everything is going in our world right now i was pretty satisfied...i wish they had more in stock cuz they've been bought out mostly and i wish they would deliver stuff quicker but like I said during these crazy outta control times they're doing pretty well"
"The customer service is horrible after you make a purchase. No one will answer your calls for support.
"
"I placed an order for the Bowflex 5.1 bench - still awaiting delivery. Accordingly, it is a little early to rate the service."
"Everything went well as it should. Clear process free of trickery or upselling or any other kind of nonsense. Perfectly good, convenient, easy experience."
"Placed an order that I shortly thereafter decided to cancel. They don't take cancellations online or via email, so I had to call. No worries there....except that I was on hold for TWO HOURS, with no option for a callback, so I had to just sit there and let the phone go. All this so that I could say "please cancel order #XXXXXX" which they accomplished in 20 seconds. This is unacceptable, and I would never order from them again because if I need any customer service whatsoever, I know it won't exist."
"Quick and easy! Now I cannot wait to get my bench!"
"No customer service at all. Sent multiple emails and and have to wait 2+ hours to talk to some one. Still no response on my cancellation. "
"I did not receive a confirmation my order was received until the next day. The email stated I will get an additional email with order number. It’s been 3 days and have received no order number. When I log into my account it does not show I’ve ordered anything. The only way to check an order status is with an order number, which I never received. Customer service phone line is basically non existent because you can’t reach a live person"
"It was easy to
Make my purchase!"
" I own seceral Bowflex products: Max M7, Revolution, SelectTech 452, and now SelectTech 840. I started using Bowflex in 2016, weighing 212 lbs with 33% fat. I now weigh 160, 24% fat."
"Good experience with Bowflex. Fast shipping and good tracking info. Well packaged, fairly easy to assemble with well-labeled parts. I was unable to get one of the bolts to go completely in on the right leg for inside middle brace, but I used the spare washer and another from my stash and it worked fine. Not really a show stopper. I thought the stand would be a little taller, but probably should have read the specs closer. I actually was able to find some Selecttech dumbbells, so glad the stand was available. Seems pretty sturdy, now I have no excuses!"
"The transaction itself for the products I purchased went fine. I am still waiting for them to be delivered.
The challenge is that many of the items I am interested in are out of stock and there is no mention of when they might be in stock again. I am on the waiting list for the items that I could sign up for.
I ended up buying one item off Craigslist which I signed up for the "waiting list". It was brand-new in the box and (evidently) was sold through ****'s Sporting Goods in Georgia based on the stickers on the box, which makes me wonder what Bowflex's sales & distribution priorities are and/or who you have to be connected to in order to get products. I live in Texas.
I got notification about a 2nd item coming off of wait list and was given hours to purchase it, so I did. I am awaiting delivery of that.
There are a couple of other items that I want to purchase but there is not even a waiting list for them.
"
"But nothing and I see the selecttech 552s being sold on a limited basis in certain stores and bought by people reselling for double or triple. How is it that I signed up for a notification months ago but these profiteers are able to buy multiples and sell online to price gouge?"
