"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"Within the last year, I purchased a tread climber, Extreme 2 SE, and some accessories. The tread climber has been problematic since purchase and breaks down with a "CRNT SOC over MCB" error with each use. I've spent time and additional money trying to fix it with support. The Extreme 2 is a decent gym, but after paying nearly $1500 on bowflex, I found Amazon had a nearly identical exclusive version for $600. BIG difference, but bad on me.
But here's where I really take issue: The Extreme 2 SE may peak at 210 in some circumstances, but I can't bench 210 plates 50 times, yet I can press the rods that much. So I had to spend another $100 for a 100lb rod upgrade. Before purchase I checked with chat, was told that it was in stock, and bought direct rather than through Amazon. 6 weeks later, it still hasn't shipped. I'm being told another 4 weeks (which is about the same timeframe as if I purchased TODAY, let alone 6 weeks ago). The agent gave me the excuse that their warehouses are backed up. However, this is basically a lie, because I ordered another accessory at the same time that the "backed up" warehouse shipped within a couple days of purchase.
TL:DR Underperforming, overpriced equipment, and deceptive excuses for nautilus."

"I recently ordered a Bowflex Revolution and an equipment mat. Not thrilled about the fact that Bowflex cannot manufacture enough machines to not require a three-month wait for delivery.
I'm less enthusiastic that not only does Bowflex charge shipping for a $3000 machine, but it tacks on ADDITIONAL shipping costs for the mat.
This is simply poor customer service. At $3K for a machine, you'd think shipping would be free. At $3K for a machine you'd think Bowflex wouldn't nickel and dime its customers for MORE shipping costs for an item in the same order.

The site didn't list the lengths, only model names, none of which were mine. I called tech support, and there was a two hour wait. So, I orders a set of cables and hoped for the best. Then it turns out that there is an eight week time to get the cables shipped. So, just over one week into the wait, I don't know if I ordered the proper cables, and can't use it for my exercise routine. I've liked my Bowflex, but I'm very disappointed by the service and support."
