"The price of the tickets and the price finally paid were quite different because mainly of the service fee that was 40% of the ticket charge and not well indicated in the process. This can can cause errors. Also the "all sales are final, an no exchanges or cancellations can be made" is also not clear in the order process which I find missleading. My advice is that all extra charges and cancellation policy must be very clearly indicated before arriving to the payment stage. "

"Using Boxoffice Ticket sales is not for the faint at heart or technically challenged. The process is extremely difficult and there was no warning of the use of cumbersome third party agents like AXS. It is outrageous that i had to create an additional account with AXS to even see my tickets. Why in the world would the old Opry need to farm out delivery of their tickets.
