Dump AXS

"I have received several emails regarding your receipt of my order but actually getting the tickets seems harder than filing my income taxes. It's just 2 tickets on 4/15 and someone has decided to make it difficult. I don't know what AXS is and, although I did download the app and create an account, they don't seem to know that I've ordered tickets for 4/15.
It isn't reasonable to expect someone to sign into an app they know nothing about just to initiate a fruitless search. Why can't the theater just send the tickets the way an airline sends boarding passes? You're making this ridiculously complicated.
