"We were very disappointed with our experience with Branders.

From the very beginning we told our representative that we would need branded mason jars by a specific date. We are event planners and needed them for an event that was taking place. We were assured over and over that we would receive them by the date needed.

We ordered the mason jars and everything seemed to be fine...until the week before. They called us and told us that the mason jars we ordered were out of stock. How could you sell us something that is out of stock??

So we settled with the mason jars that they did have in stock. Everything seemed to be fine at that point...until two days before the event. We had confirmed the Friday before (we needed them on Tuesday) that they would be in our hands on Tuesday. We got a phone call Monday morning saying that the mason jars had not shipped yet and that they would not be here on Tuesday. To say we were stressed was an understatement. What were we going to tell our client if we showed up to the event without the mason jars we promised her?

Luckily we received them Wednesday morning right before the event, but the entire experience added way too much stress to something that should have been a breeze.

We won't be using Branders again. "
