"GREAT experience! As someone who works for a large company with several apartment communities, I have to order promo items often and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Branders.com and our rep, Fe One of the best things about this vendor that I don't get with other online vendors is that after I place my order online, i receive email correspondence from a representative who sends you proofs for approval and is there to help in any way. It was like working with a local vendor. With most online vendors, once you click "submit order" you are done and you have to cross your fingers that everything turns out right once you receive it.
After completing my order online, I had to add some more contact info onto a few items as well as swap out one item for another and Fe made this such an easy process and remained in constant contact with me throughout. She was also very responsive and almost immediately in most cases when i reached out to her with questions. I was so pleased with the level of customer service for a large online and even international company.
Finally, the products that were received looked great. I wasn't sure what to expect but all of my products looked the way they were portrayed online and the imprints were nicely done (my products were a tote bag, pen, mood stadium cup, and spray hand sanitizer). "

"The process to order from them via company PO was very cumbersome. There was a lot of back and forth... in the end my companies credit was declined because we had two company contacts on the form. Branders stated it is because they weren't sure who to get a hold of if something were to go wrong. I work for a global corporation and deal with purchasing from other business quite often. This was the most difficult purchase that I had to manage.
We still placed the order through branders, but had to find a loop hole in our system to place them on credit cards. Once the orders were placed everything was shipped quickly.
Customer service was just ok, but I also realized there was a lot of back and forth conversation. It was probably frustrating for me and customer service rep."
"I had a great experience working with Andre. I encountered difficulty when I first attempted to place my order on line. I called your 1-800 phone number and Andre took excellent care of me. I received a sample order of the blue tumbler w/straw very quickly. This helped insure that the product fit my needs.
