"I'm happy with the product I received; however, the communication and service on the surface, appears to be lacking, but what it boils down to are deliverability issues. All of the emails from Branders come from different people/"From" addresses, and every one has ended up in my spam folder, so I completely missed my invoice (clientsvrc) which was different from the order confirmation (system) which was different from the rep I ended up speaking with. I added the rep to my "safe" list, but did not know to add the other two. I didn't know to add the rep until I emailed her after placing the order wondering if it went through, and she directed me to the spam folder. I order a lot online, and have never had an order confirmation end up in my (gmail) spam folder. "
