"Customer service stinks. Received a defective product, had to fight to have Brandsmart pay to ship back a defective product. They wanted me to pay to ship back a product that wouldn't even turn on. When I went to order a replacement, the price had increased and Brandsmart wouldn't match the original sales price. Save the hassle and buy from Amazon. This was my first and last experience with Brandsmart. I buy a lot of electronics and recommend a lot of electronics to friends, you can rest assured that I won't buy or recommend Brandsmart."

"Alex serviced my TV & he was fabulous! During his first visit, he immediately diagnosed the problem & stated that he would contact me when he received the part. True to his word, he called me the following week. Today he explained the problem, replaced the part and fixed my TV! He was very courteous and efficient. For both appointments, he called the afternoon before his visit and aclled again within 30 minutes of his arrival. He arrived during the time period that he said he would be here so it made it easy to plan my day."

"I am going through my first experience of buying from brandsmartusa.com. I am becoming very disappointed. I placed an order for a tablet on February 1 using my debit card. The money immediately came out of my bank account. However, almost a week later, my item has still not shipped because they have to validate my card's shipping/billing address. I received a call from their ecommerce department on February 3 that I needed to call and verify my address. I did this within minutes of receiving the call and also responded to an email that was sent to me about validating my address. I provided the addresses and as extra measure, the 800 number for my bank. I am not sure what else they could need from me. For the ecommerce department, there is only voicemail and if you try to ask customer service for assistance, they say "You will have to speak to someone in that department", but they are unable to connect you with a actual person in that department. There is not even an opportunity to wait to speak to someone in ecommerce. Your call goes straight to voicemail. Also, I have dealt with one very rude customer service rep and the other, while nice, was not able to help me in trying to follow up to find out if they are going to ship my item or if they require anything else. It should not take this long to get an order filled, or be so inadequate in providing reasonable information about the status of the order. While I appreciate their validation process, I have never run into an issue where it takes this long for an online merchant to validate a billing and shipping address or a situation that you are unable to speak to the correct staff to get an answer. In the meantime, my bank account is $502 lighter without a product on the way or any idea when I may receive it. I will never purchase from this site again.

Update: I just spoke to a customer service rep and they have verified my bank card, but although the item was in stock when I placed my order, AND in a following phone conversation I was told that a tablet had been pulled to fill my order, now it is on back order and another shipment is not due in until next week. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. Again, I will never shop from this site again. Extremely poor, poor service.

"I bought a refrigerator from Brandsmart. I was told I had to keep box for 30 in case something was wrong with refrigertor...was told it was the "manufacturer's policy". (LIE!!) The refrigerator does not cool properly. However, they must first send in a "technician" to verify it does not work, then they'll send someone to pick up this hunk of junk! So, I must take off two days of work...three counting the original delivery date...all because Brandsmart sells garbage. No wonder they make you keep the box for 30 days!!

"On February 1, 2012, I went to Brandsmart in Stockbridge, Georgia and purchased a Sharp 60" LED/3D television. I had previously purchased 5 televisions from this location before. Also, I had a friend to purchase 5 televisions because of the good service. My sales person at that time for all of those purchases was Paul Guyton and he was exceptional. On my February 1, 2012 purchase, Eric Abi, was my sales person and he was exceptional. He was able to get me a great deal and a delivery date of February 3, 2012, just before the Super Bowl. How great is that. The Manager, the Assistant Manger Cornelius were also great. While talking to Assistant Manager Cornelius, my wife realized that she was his 5th grade teacher. Wow, what are the odds? The last step in this seamless operation was the delivery. The installation department, Raphael, called me on February 2, 2012 at home to confirm my appoinment at 2:00PM on February 3, 2012. On February 3, 2012, Raphael called to tell me that he would be on time with my appointment and he was 25 minutes away. Raphael and Roger were absolutely great. They were very knowledgeable about the products and getting the installed done in a timely manner. Also, they were prepared for the unexpected like me not having the correcet cable to connect up the television. Not to worry, they had the cables on the truck and I was able to charge them to my Brandsmart's account. They removed my old television and DVD player and connected up the new television and Blue Ray player. When they left our home, everything was working and is still working great. Often you get conplaints about people but I would like to compliment all of them for going above and beyond what this customer could ever expect. Please let them all know that we appreciated the way that we were treated and we will come back and continue to tell all of our friends. I wish that there was a way that you could reward them because they truly deserve it. Thanks you for taking the time to read this. Sonny Bankston "
