"Ordered a Cyber Monday special that caused a little bit of a headache to get the item shipped. I understand they were overwhelmed with all the orders, but some simple email communications could have saved everyone a lot of time. Instead the only email I got from them was the order confirmation on Monday morning. I finally contacted someone in management and got a refund on my shipping so in the end I would say I would still be willing to try another order from them. I think they need a better email system to notify customers. If they would have sent out notifications that they sold out, and more on the way it would have been good to know. Also, some people who ordered after me had their order ship out before mine. Leading me to wonder if my order had gotten lost which is why I kept calling each day. I'd be willing to give them a try again, but they have a lot of ways they could improve their online ordering system. "

"This is for the web ordering system. I personally believe the web ordering system will improve in the near future. But right now it needs some tweeking. A group of consumers clobbered Brandsmart on Cyber Monday. It choked and the end result was they sold more than they had. They recovered well and found more at the same price. A couple of us got caught in the fray. I suspect they had a record week at Brandsmart. I managed to find Eydie Bowe to help. This is just one hard working professional person who made it their misson to make sure every customer is satisfied. Some of the highlights were real Customer service people who pick up the phone everytime. Buyers who scrambled and leaned on their vendors to make product appear. Managers who do their best with the information they have. Not every transaction goes smooth as silk. But excellent communictaions skills go a Long way to solve problem. "I ordered an Asus Eee Pad Transformer on Cyber Monday from BrandsmartUSA.com. Initially, I was a bit weary because I had not heard of them before, but based on many positive resellerratings I decided to go through with the order. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disparity between the service provided in-store vs the one provided for online orders. I put in the order on 11/28/11 ~7AM and promptly received their e-mail confirmation. However, since then, I have not heard anything else from them, regarding shipping updates and it is already the 5th day since I have put in the order. When I check their online status, it keeps saying "awaiting shipment." I called their customer service line after 60+ hrs since I put in the order and two people I talked to did not know what the status of my package was and just told me to wait and call the next day because it may take up to 72hrs to ship out my order. So I waited and called the following day (yesterday), and CSR told me to wait until the next day because she said it was still "waiting for shipment." I asked if that would be for sure, and she said that, at the time, she was not sure and that I would just have to wait. And I forgot to mention that my credit card was charged (not pending)right the next day after I ordered. I realize that with Cyber Monday and the probable increase in orders that day, the order process may take a little longer than usual, but even then, 4+ days to receive any sort of update seems to be a bit too long for anyone doing online business. I would not have minded if, at least when i called, the CSR had any more up to date information, however, unfortunately, they seemed to be just as much confused as I was. I can't say about their in-store service, but I think the online-service needs some improvement if they want to compete with other major online electronics stores."
"Brandsmartusa.com has been one of the worst companies I have ever chosen to deal business with. I purchased a tablet from them on 11/28 for which my card was charged immediately. I called the next day to get an idea for when it would ship, and was told it would be sent that same day and I would get an email with the tracking info., whig I never received. I called the next day and was Hung up on twice before asking to speak to a manager, to which the rep sent me to a generic answering machine with no call back. I called back today and was told my tablet would ship today. Again, no email today. The customer reps are rude, and clearly willing to lie to appease you. Right now it feels like my money has been stolen, and who knows if/when I will get the item that is paid in full. Buyer beware!"
"BrandsmartUSA.com ran a cyber Monday promotion for Asus Transformer Tablet for reasonably price. I ordered early in the morning on Monday and quickly received confirmation. I waited over 24 hours and never received a shipment email. I called customer service on their 1-800 Tuesday afternoon and was rudely told you will get the tracking in your email. I asked if the product was in stock and if the delay was from just shipping and the CSR could not give me a straight answer. She just kept enforcing the fact that I would receive it once it ships via email. I waited another 24 hours and called and got the same response. My concern was I am leaving town next week and wanted to make sure I got the product before then or at-least for someone to tell me availability so I could cancel the order if I felt it wouldn't reach me in a timely manner. Neither occurred. I shop quite a bit on the online this has been my worst experience by far, 98% of the places I order ship within 24 hours of an order. I can't get shipping estimate, stock or any details from CSR at BrandsmartUSA.com. I would recommend avoiding this company.
UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by VP at Brandsmart, as a courtesy they expedited my shipping and I received the item I ordered Next Day. They also provided me gift cert for future purchase. Kudos to this company for rectifying and ordering issue and keeping the customer happy. I highly recommend ordering from them!"

They really helped assess what our needs were and got us a great deal on all 3 tv's -- with enough room in our budget to get a blueray player as well. The Kendall location is such a better shopping experience than some of the other brandsmarts I've been to in South Florida. I'm shopping at this location from now on!"
