"I stop in at BrandsMart today at Executive Center Dr. in West Palm Beach, Fl and needed a refrigerator for my appartment, I looked at sales but nothing fit my needs. A store Manager there Mr. R Johnson assured me that he could make a fit. First he convince me that a new refrigerator would be better than a used one I agreed. We looked at what I liked and a deal was made. Thank you Mr. Johnson and Mr. D Noel the guy's on the loading docks were very helpful."

"I bought a Megellan RoadMate 2036 - MU (a GPS for my wife's car) before Christmas and in early January I was setting up the device for my wife and when I pulled the charger out of the charger port in the car, the charger tip came apart and the end piece broke off and was stuck in the lighter port.

So I figured, This is a manufactures defect: So I go into the store in South Dade County in Miami, Florida and I spoke to a Michelle and the store manager, Danny Figueredo and they were so apathetic and indifferent to my plight. The manager created this great theater by going to the back and coming back two minutes later and telling me the same information, "This is physical damage." Inferring that I must of broke the charger.

What really bothers me about this situation is not the charger because I can replace the charger. It's that Brandsmart sold me a defective device and does not stand behind the products that they sold me. They hide behind the old motto, "It's not our fault that you we received a defective device from the manufacture." I have bought three TVs that are well over $4000 in the last 10 years and thousandths of dollars in other items in that same span. And now, I they are going to lose my business and everyone in my network and everyone in my circle of interest. I can guarantee that no one in my family will every spend a dime from Brandsmart again. "I was very pleased with the Sawgrass mills store. From the manager neil, to Bruce and Yarin the salesman. I attempted to purchase a washer dryer set from the deerfield store and was treated rudely by the sales staff and basically told get lost. I went to Sawgrass Mills and everyone from the manager on down were MORE THAN HELPFUL. They resaerched the item for me, made recommendations and then helped me purchase the set I wanted. I can only saw great job to Yarin, Bruce and Neil. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and helping me get what I needed . I am only rating their store and NOT Deerfield Beach .

"I read a lot of complaints about Brandsmart after I received a falsely advertised item in the mail. It was a tablet that had the wrong specs on the website. I was very angry because I spent 9 hours after Christmas day looking for a good deal which Brandsmart had. Before I posted complaints, I contacted Eydie Bowe, VP of Customer Operations, and we worked out a good deal after she offered to solve the issue at hand. It only took 2 days to fix the issue which is perfect for me. Communication was quick through email, and I received a phone call the very next morning after I wrote the email. I was very pleased to know they actually have someone who's job is to fix issues that customers run into. It's only fair that I post some sort of positive feedback for those who are skeptical about receiving help. Just Google her name.

"This is a instore review (not online). I bought a 55 inch LCD TV that was a floor modle. They bubble wrapped it for me and put it in my car. Got it home and it had a huge crack in the screen. I took it back right away. The manager flat out called me a lier and almost didn't take it back or let me exchange it. Once it left the floor I didn't see it until I got it home and took off the bubble wrap. Which hid it's cracked screen. I am still not sure if this was the same tv that I saw on the floor or if they pulled a switcheru. While I still think I got a better deal in the end. Management there makes me not want to go back. "

"husband went to look at tvs salesman was so good he bought a 70" tv still not talking to him maybe he can move in with the salesman
we had to return something and the girl at the returns was aweful. she had a major attitude problem what a shame since my husband wanted to buy some other stuff but we just left

"Technician (#67 Alex) came out very promptly and was very kind and courteous to my family. He listened to my explanation of the TV issues we experienced and went through a battery of TV tests on the set itself. Based on the issues that I mentioned, he ordered the new parts and said he would arrange a new time to install the parts. Everything would be covered under extended warranty. Definitely a pleasure to work with."

"Went in to Brandsmart today to purchase a gift for my mom for Christmas, there i met a young man by the name of Alfonso Canales who was helping me with the gift selection process. I wasnt sure what i was going to get her and even though the store was jam packed Alfonso made the time to follow me around all the different departmaents answering all my questions. I must of asked Alfonso atleast 50 questions about tablets, cameras, and laptops and he knew everything I couldnt believe how knowlegable he was. He was also extremely patient with me which i really appreciated alot. I will definatly recommend to all my friends and family if they need to do any last minute holiday shopping to go see Alfonso Canales at Brandsmart for a great experience where you wont get ripped off."
