Au service, Mme Valérie ma dit que j'étais venu inutilement.Pour changer l'ampoule, quelqu'un viendrait à la maison. encore une fois, personne m'a aidé à mètre micro-onde dans la voiture à -20 ° C j'étais avec un petit enfant.Le lendemain , le technicien m'a appelé pour m'informer que personne ne viendrait et que je devais retourner le micro-ondes dans le magasin pour le réparer. Déjà la j’étais en ....... le technicien a insisté, alors j'ai dit que j'allais le faire . J’arrive au magasin et la même dame me dit que je portais inutilement à nouveau.Je lui ai dit que je ne la prendrais pas avant d'avoir remplacé l'ampoule. J'ai laissé le four micro-ondes le 28/11/2018 aujourd'hui, le 10/01/2019 je appelle pour savoir où il est mon micro-onde.on me rappelle 1 h après pour dire qu’il est arrivé aujourd’hui. Je suis allé le cherche. J'ai le reçu tout sale comme si c'était utilisé Je me sens arnaquée PLUS JAMAIS BRAULT & MARTINEAU"

"At store the seller talked with no respect. And at delivery day they postponed the time 5 times and finally the delivery guy came with damaged boxes. After moving in 2 boxes the guy stopped for a few minutes and realized they didn't have all the parts. And this is happening at 10 PM in a 600 unit building that charges $250 for elevator reservation. "
"Finally, after doing some shopping around I found the place to buy appliances for my new home. At the beginning, I was very happy because I got a very good deal for buying six appliances: a washer, a dryer, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a TV 65”. Initial price: CAD $7,229.55. Final price: $6,729.55 after adding a CAD $500 discount. Besides, I received a finance to pay 48 equal monthly payments (no fee, no interest). In addition, the salesman told me: “If prices go down, even in black Friday, your price will be adjusted accordingly”. Amazing ah! But then, when the deal was closed, surprises began to happen.
Today, I went through the website and I found that the oven was reduced by CAD $200, and the package washer/dryer another CAD $200. So, I decided to go the store (6700 Rue Jean-Talon Est, Saint-Leonard H1S 1N1) to get my credit for CAD $400. Once there, they told me that they will add a credit of CAD $200 for the oven but no for the washer/dryer. Then, the manager (Vito Mucciacciaro) said it will be only CAD $110. And finally, after being there for almost two hours, he said that there will not be any reduction at all. Why? Because I cannot mix discounts. Something that wasn’t clear when I bought the equipments. They talked all the time about initial price and no price plus promotion.
It seems, ethics is a word that some salesmen don’t know very well. Complete honesty in sales and success aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, if you’ve gained your success with even a little bit of dishonesty, it’s not really success. Be straight with the customer. Let him or her see both the upside and the downside to using your products.
If you’re a manager or a seller, remember that your words and behaviors — as well as what you don’t say and don’t do — send a clear message to us about how truthful you should be. If they take their top-line responsibilities seriously and encourage ethical selling, they’ll be honest with customers and trust us to make the best choices for ourselves — and to trust that those choices will benefit the company, the sellers, and the clients. Ethics, and attracting and keeping customers need to be the highest priority in selling, to protect the company’s reputation; and profit comes second.

"I have been trying for almost a month to receive replacement pillows that arrived with my new couch damaged that I purchased. The pillows were neglectfully not ordere after it was confirmed by technician I would have them in a few days. I was patient and not upset even though on my original delivery date they brought me 2 unmatched pieces of couches. The order was never placed, my pillows have not been received and now Magi Seal treatment can no longer be guaranted. The worse part is it's so difficult to reach anyone and nobody calls or emails back. Extremely disappointed if i made a payment late there would be no leeway to the consumer. Seems to be a lot of leeway for Brault et Martineau!!"
"I had the unfortunate experience to purchase all of my appliances from Brault & Martineau- I spent over $6500 and received the worse service ever. From the sales person who couldn't distinguish between a washer and a dishwasher, to their poor customer service concept in store, to their poor payment process and unprofessional follow-ups. It has been almost a month since my purchase and 2.5 weeks since I've received the appliances: I have damages on my LG fridge, which have yet to be addressed and money owed back to me for a service I never requested: do yourselves a favor and purchase from any other retailer. You will be glad you went elsewhere."

Bought a sectional and was told it would be available on October 26th. Called on October 26th and they said October 27th and to call back and keep checking?!?!? As a customer why should I have to call back to check on my order? Now they said maybe mid November and to call back. A total Joke!

"First I must say that reading the current reviews I seem to be in the norm of horrible experiences sooo here is my story, I am in the process of a warranty for my mattress, and I have been calling customer service for 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me yet - firstly when you call you wait for over 20 minutes and then when someone finally comes on the phone they put you on hold for over 40 minutes and then hang up !!!!! when I call back the previous person did not leave any notes so I have had to repeat my story for the 4th time now, we are now in the 4th week of no sleep on a defective mattress and no resolution in sight - small claims court here we come ! they do not stand by the warranty that the manufacturer provides and they have THE WORST customer service ever, I will NEVER shop here again !

"I bought a HI SENSE frig/freezer at BM inApril and it was held for me till July. My salesman convinced me to buy this new make as it was comparable to Samsung and the "up and coming" brand. Since the very beginning, the freezer has not been working. I call BM and was told to call HI SENSE. After repeated phone calls and 3 service calls, the last repairman said it could not be repaired and I would be getting a new appliance. Today another call with an appointment to bring the parts again. After trying HI SEnse and getting nowhere, I called the service department at BM and spoke to the manager. He flatly refused to do anything.So what's the point of buying from a company that does NOT stand by it's products."

"NEVER buy a computer at this store. If anything happens even on warranty, they will of course honor the guarantee but it will take up to four weeks before you get your computer back. Beware if you need your computer.
Worst, the salesman said that if the computer has problems, bring it back and we will give you another one because I bought the 2- year warranty. Lies."
