Merde, Merde,Merde!!!!!!

"J'ai acheté un lave vaisselle Bosch chez eux, il n'a jamais fonctionné, j'ai eu une note d'échange par comerco , je suis allée au magazin, j'ai parler avec un certain:''Jean François" " un gérant"pour expliquer qu'il devrait me livrer l'échange sans frais puisque c'était pas mon erreur, le lave vaisselle est défectueux, il voulait rien savoir, il s'en faichait complètement
Un service à la clientèle pitoyable et dégoûtant, je vais rien jamais acheté a breaut et Martineau, c'est de la merde

Bad services

"Horrible customer service at Brault and Martineau in Brassard I purchased a range about a month ago at the brault and Martineau in Brossard the sales person sold me a product to clean the stove ,the first day that we received the stove there was a mark on it so we use the product with the sponge to try and remove the mark, From rubbing it so much to try and remove the mark on the range that it left marks on the stove We hadn’t even use the stove yet it was the very first day. went back to Brault Martineau with a picture and showed the manager which in return told me there was noting that they could do asking me if I used the product Correctly treating me as if I was a child I asked to replace the range and she refused, so then asked for some kind of a discount and again she refused. because of this I don’t think I will be shopping any more at Brault and Martineau !!!!! Used to always shop there............ Unsatisfied customer "

J'ai officiellement fini de faire affaire avec eux, "0" étoiles si je pouvais

"On achète duo laveuse-sécheuse LG, on paie pour l'installation, on paie pour la garantie (incluant anti-citron), etc. Résultat: Inondation de 2" dans la salle de bain. Une cinquantaine d'appels la même journée et une vingtaine le lendemain... C'est toujours la faute à quelqu'un d'autre. Leur directrice, Marianne de Maisonneuve, est menteuse et condescendante. A voulu nous faire croire que nous devions attendre encore 2-3 semaines pour une nouvelle livraison, faute de stock. Preuves à l'appui, la menteuse a dû retirer ses affirmations.

Allez ailleurs que Brault & Martineau St-Léonard, si vous ne voulez pas vous faire manipuler et vous voulez un vrai service après-vente.

Very bad after sale garante

"Bought a mattress with 10 year’s garante. After 4 and a 1/2 years the mattress collapsed and became very uncomfortable. 2 airbnb customers cancelled after staying one night !!! They refused to honour the garante and replace mattress saying it is a normal body print !!!! Knowing the mattress has not been very much used and was of a high quality but for some reason not sold any more at Brault and Martinaut !!! Don’t go there if you want good service !!!"

Worse experience I had

"We order a new fridge and when we get it one week later, it has a lot of distinctions,
48h go back to the store to ask them to exchange it
They said they will take the problem in charge
48h later we get a call from their service telling that Samsung will contact us
One week later without any news we go back to Brault &Martineau to cancel the purchase, it's too late their policies is to do it during the first 48hous !

Brault et Martineau nightmare experience

"Horrible delivery service. A nightmare and Brault doesn't give a damn. Please stay away from this store. They were suppose to
take back my old washer but the (rude) delivery guy left it there. I'm stuck with it and i will have to pay to get rid of it,

Worst furniture and appliances stores ever

"Where to start?! We bought over 6000$ of furniture, appliances and a mattress for our new house and we had problems with EVERY SINGLE thing we bought (scratches in furniture, delivery guys destroyed our house during delivery, delivery times, furniture colors did not match those in the store and so on) and the customer service is rude, when you are able to get a hold of them (over 30 min on the phone and then it hangs up). The big boss only said sorry when we went to meet him to explain all the problems we had and he said come back next time and I'll make you a deal, yeah right, never again will we buy anything from them! "

"Worse service ever!!!! I gave them 1 star only because no star is not an option. After receiving the fridge with scratches and crack they are pitching us from one department to another and no solution other than spending more money to replace a part! NOT ACCEPTABLE "

Monkey Business

"Easiest sale in the world; needed a dishwasher, chose a dishwasher; and apparently bought a dishwasher.

Am now just awaiting for delivery which was apparently booked a day after the promised day (which was the only day available for us, makes perfect sense), and then the attendant that served us tried passing the buck back to us that we didn't read the folded invoice given to us, even though we had shook hands and agreed on a Weds night delivery.

(*Maybe the attendant shouldn't have been so busy bragging about his sales experience, and concentrated on the customer service portion of a sale that he ONLY had to make an invoice for.)

After a wait to be called back after the error (no theirs, ours) I was urged to go into the store and talk to someone to arrange for my lack of satisfaction. Or I should call a Manager, and not vice-versa...
Really?

Been a B&M client since 2003, and have switched stores before.

Will be doing so again, because of a repeat lack of professionalism, ineptness, condescension, and passing the buck.

Had I not been so time constrained, and known that this would be the case, I could've picked up an in-store stock unit at Home Depot.

Live and learn; next time I trust my gut.

Will wait and see if the unit actually arrives as of THEIR wrongly input delivery date, and see how much further I'll have to push the envelope of DIS-satisfaction.

I now know why I forgot the attendant's (can't call him a salesman) name before I was 5 feet from the checkout. (Whilst 5 other "attendants" were shooting the breeze)

Certainly won"t remember it now.

Can't rate less than 1 star unfortunately.

I did promise a positive review after all, because it's all about Customer satisfaction, isn't it?

Enjoy.

*Please don't contact me, life's too short, and there are too many other businesses out their that will be more than willing to take our money.

Horrible customer service

"I purchased a 7-pcs bedroom set, mattress, box spring and rug in May 2018 at the B & M in Kirkland. In preparation of moving in July 2019, I scheduled my delivery and was ensured that all items would be received. Everything was received except the rug. I called B & M to get a status and was transferred to the supervisor. He was both sarcastic and condescending and advised me that B & M does not manufacture rugs (obviously!) and that it may take a few weeks to receive the said rug but that he cannot anticipate when. I’m confused, did you not have over a year to obtain it? If it wasn’t in stock why wasn’t I notified? These are all questions that I asked and received the following responses “I don’t know”, “a few weeks” “maybe”, and when I asked “if it would take another year again to receive”, he snidely informed me “well it’s not going to take year” Hello?!?!? It has been over a year already!
I will not be purchasing from them again and have already discouraged friends & family from doing the same. They need a customer service training, especially upper management!

Worst place... Never shop there

"The store in Kirkland has zero respect for their clients from salespeople all the way to the managers. Ive been a client for over 20 years and that ends now. They lost me and my friends and family with the way they treated me and my wife over a brand new never used BBQ.
It finally took the credit cards dispute department to get our money back. I will definitely be telling everyone aboit how they treat clients.

NEVER PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN.

"Never purchasing at Brault and Martineau again. I purchased a washer and dryer in stores and confirmed delivery. A week before my delivery date they call me to book a delivery appointment when I have already confirmed all of that. I also purchased a mattress set online. I called numerous times to try to book a delivery appointment but no answer. I then called one night and left it on speaker phone and it took the employee almost 1 hour to answer... Already not impressed. I then advised the employee that I have confirmed my delivery for my washer and dryer. He then says that he doesn't have anything in the system but he managed to get it done. I then asked about my mattress set and he advised that delivery would only be able to be done in 2-3 weeks(even though I am already getting another order delivered earlier). Since that didn't work for me, I asked if it is possible to pick it up in store. He then confirms that I can pick up the mattress set at my desired location and it will be available in 2 days. I told him perfect I only need it on the weekend. I confirmed with him that it will be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. He said Yes, it will be ready once the store is opened(9am). On Pick up day I rent a truck for 2 hours and go to pick up my matress set. In store, I was advised that the truck hasn't arrived yet with my order (store opens at 9, I got there for 11)and that I should come back and try again at around 3PM. We now missed a day of work to pick up the mattress AND we have to pay extra for my truck rental as I was given false information. I am VERY DISAPOINTED. I will never be purchasing at Brault and Martineau again. Horrible customer service."

Unprofessional and bad service

"I had the worst experience with the store in Kirkland. They put you on hold for 40 min until someone answers the phone. They take your number and no one calls you back. We scheduled a pick up to return a bedroom set they gave us a time and they never respected it. Instead of coming between 11 and 3 they showed up at 9:30 at night. No apology no acknowledgement. Bad service. Will never go there again. "
