"Do not purchase from Brickhouse! I purchased spark nano 4 and it constantly froze up and didnt keep up with vehicle. Anthony Rios told me i could purchase another one to determine if it was a faulty device or just satellite service in my area. Neither worked and now i am stuck with two devices that do not work. Why would i order another one to see if its a faulty device if i could not return one of them????? Too bad, im stuck with both now. They are professional deceivers, what seems like great customer service at first turns out to be heavy baiting to get more money. "
"Today was my very first interaction with the company. I created an acct and placed an order for an item I have been wanting to purchase for a while. Beforehand, I did research online and read great reviews which prompted me to place an order. 30 minutes after placing my order, I called Cust Srvc simply to ask a general question which was in what method was my order due to ship? Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc. I also wanted to know their Return Policy. The rep was rude and unprofessional and told me he couldn't find my order and pretty much couldn't help me. He also said since it's going to a PO Box, he'd have to cancel my order because they do not ship to a PO. I was livid that he threatened/stated he was about to cancel my order without my approval. Also the website confirmation askes you to "Check here" if shipping to a PO Box. Furthermore, I asked him had I not called would they have canceled my order with no justification and without my knowledge? He snottily replied "Yes". Makes no sense right? My thoughts exactly. I called back a 2nd time and a rep named Lizelle was worse and said she too cant find the order. I asked to speak with a Supvsr about 5 times and she refused each time stating she'd have to pull up the order first and then transfer but since she cant find the order she cant transfer me to a supervisor! So then I emailed the company asking to be contacted because I still don't have answers to my questions. An hr later I get an email stating my order has shipped and no, still no one has responded to my email by phone nor email. Interesting how it shipped when I was just told they don't ship to PO Boxes. The customer service sucks but I hope the products don't. I just hope I'm satisfied with this product when I receive it and I am never shopping with BHS again. -A Very Dissatisfied Customer
6/10/15 - UPDATED - I was contacted by Katie at BHS and she was very professional and courteous. She was eager to correct the problem and rectify it. She also apologized for what I had gone thru and sent me a free 32gb SD card for the inconvenience. I am very happy and appreciate of the acknowledgement. I will continue to purchase from BHS. Katie - hopefully you are reading this, as I have no direct # for you. I did experience a problem when I received the device and had a question about it. "I had a terrible experience. the product I bought was defective, and they were very slow to replace the defective item. also the 64 gigabyte micro SD card was defective as well. so now I'm waiting for a replacement for that.I thought brickHouse Security was supposed to be one of the best security surveillance equipment. I never liked purchasing sensitive equipment through the mail, and this is why"

"I am extremely disappointed in this company & I still do not have my purchase working. I have called customer service twice and I am currently on hold again. When I ordered the product which is for my business I specifically asked for direct signature required. If that was not possible I would have had it shipped to another address. The package was signed not by me and delivered to my office by another colleague. I called again today trying to get someone in technical support since the product is not working. On both calls I got someone in the Philippines! I requested for US technical support and was told they were busy and would call me when someone becomes available. I have been on hold again (which has been way over 10 min.) as I now write this review. This product should have been up and working days ago! Was on hold for 20 min with no one answering in technical support. I have just hung up!
May 5, 2015: I did receive a phone call this morning at 9:51 am from BrickHouse Security. I spoke with a representative for just over 4 min. She informed me that she would be sending me an email with some instructions to "format" my product which I received and followed. I asked to have someone please follow up with me by phone today between 1 & 2 PM EST. The representative confirmed someone would call me back. I have not heard from BrickHouse or their technical support and my product is still not operating as of this evening at 5:50 PM. "
"Ordered the product on the 4/14/15 with specific shipping instructions. BrickHouse could not accommodate the request. After spending to much time on the phone with your foreign Customer Service Call Center i requested the item be shipped to my home. The CS agent assured me this would be no problem. 2 weeks went by with no delivery. On 4/30/15 i inquired about the piece and was informed it was approved for shipping. What would have happened had i not inquired?"
