"As always, when I purchase a product from BRICKHOUSESECURITY I know that any question or problem I encounter about my purchased product can be remedied by making a phone call to either customer service or tech support. I spoke with MICA, CATHY and ALVIN on 01/29/2016 and they all listened and made decisions to help me with my activation and SD card formatting. The product was not a problem it was on my end, not knowing or not being sure what to do or if I was going to do it correctly - the three (3) aforementioned tech support experts help all three (3) of my problems to be rectified. I cannot also forget Shaneek who helped my purchase the products.
Everyone was an asset to BRICKHOUSESECURITY and should receive a Commendatory Notification for helping me with my problems and solving them with their excellent knowledge.

The shipping notice from Brickhouse indicated it shipped on the 23rd. 2 day air means it will get here on the 25th. I don't think UPS will deliver anything on Christmas day. "I purchased a GPS tracking unit (spark Nano 4) from Brickhouse. It did not activate when turned on. I followed the instructions to the letter and tried for a couple days to make sure that it just wasn't a delay. I called their offices and explained my problem. the told me it was due tot he sim card not being correct and they would overnight me a new sim card. I then receive an email stating that my unit has been activated and I should be able to use it. to call them if it does not show on tracking. Of course it does not show on tracking, how could it. I had it turned off in my desk at work. So the email was a complete lie! They still have not corrected the issue and I keep getting a run around when I call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!"
