"Phone representative Bien Andrade advised me of being able to receive a free GPS tracker when I called to cancel my existing service because we no longer owned the vehicle with the tracker. In fact, thanks to his help, I was able to select a portable GPS tracker that I suspect will be quite helpful for multiple uses in the future. Best of all, if I discover that I'm not ready to use the GPS tracker at this time, I get to keep it for future use and cancel the tracking service until I decide I can use it. Win, win, win. A helpful, knowledgeable representative...Bien!"
