"I have over the years purchased several surveillance camera (WiFi) all were very user friendly and set up in minutes. The camera I purchased from Brick was somewhat complicated to get up and running. However, once I connected with Ray, I found him to be knowledgeable and very patient in assisting with the set up. Due to the urgency in getting it up and running Ray did not give up. Hopefully, should I have issues in the future with the camera Ray will be my go to technician. "
"I called customer service to request help connecting one ADC-V721camera. My other 8 cameras were working fine. I was told my ADC-V721 was up and running soon after providing my account access info. When I checked my account 8 of my 12 cameras were turned off, accidentally I presume, by customer service. I am so disappointed as you might imagine and not looking forward to the time required by me to reboot my eight cameras that have been working fine the last 18 months.

"AFTER 2 YEARS WITH 11 UNITS, ALL OF MY UNITS WERE DISCONNECTED BY MISTAKE AND THEY COULD NOT GET THEM TO WORK AGAIN AFTER 2 WEEKS, THEY OFFERED NO SOLUTION. I SPENT HOURS OVER THE 2 WEEKS ON HOLD AND BEING REDIRECTED ONLY TO HAVE THEM TELL ME THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT. THEY CLAIMED OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD THE ISSUE AND INTHE END THEY SAID MY UNTIS ERE NOT GETTING POWER AND IT WAS MY VEHICLE.... ALL 11??!?!? THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO SEND ME NEW UNITS AND FINALLY I DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET ME ONLINE BECAUSE I WAS LOSING TONS OF MONEY HAVING LOST THE ABILITY TO TRACK MY FLEET AND BILL BASED ON GPS REPORTS AS WELL AS PAY MY EMPLOYEES BASED ON GPS REPORTS. THE SERVICE WITH THEM WAS HORRIBLE AND I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $2000 TO UNINSTALL THEIR EQUIPMENT AND INSTALL THE NEW VENDORS AND EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER OFFERED TO REPLACE THEIR EQUIPMENT, THEY NEITHER REIMBURSED ME ANY OF THESE COSTS. "
